Been here a few times unfortunately. Each time the service has been non existent. The employees clearly hate what they do and take it out on the customers with attitude. This could be overlooked if they at least were getting decent food out at a normal speed. Instead you can order 2 burgers and fries in an empty store and expect to wait 15 minutes with no explanation or apology. And to complete the unholy trinity the food I’ve received has been somehow cold with limp old fries. If you’re looking for a halfway decent meal I suggest you choose literally anything else.

I placed a mobile order for large mocha frappe with No whip cream, expresso shot and oreo pieces which. I paid extra for. I was the 2nd car in the 2nd drive thru, while 4 cars in drive thru. 1 had there orders taken. The driver in front of me repeatedly said hello hello, no response. By this time we had been in line for about 5 mins. Since I already had my order placed and paid for I proceeded to go to the window with mobile code ready. I showed code to employee and even said no one came to take our orders, of course there was no apology or anything else for that matter. Needless to say when I received my order, I had whip cream, i asked if he put in the expresso shot, was told yes,NO oreo pieces, that I paid extra for. The expresso shot was NOT added either. I understand why the reviews are 2. 8

Hands down the worst McDonald's in RTP and worst one I've been to in NC. Employees r beyond rude don't ask for management or the whole place calls you a Karen( I felt so bad for the lady you guys berated). Don't waste ur time. Unless dealing with ignorance and disrespectful employees who don't like their job so they take their anger out on you is your thing than go for it. UPDATE NOV2023: still slow af they don't care waited 20 mins in drive thru....people need to be fired here this is a pathetic joke. UPDATE MAR2024: yea still the same...I gave it another chance if anything this place is getting worse over time

I honestly can’t wrap my head around how this location is still open and running. I tried to place a drive thru order and was cut off and told to pull forward to pick up 2 to place my order and receive my food. There was 25 min wait before I even made it there. This place needs new management because the overall experience was so bad I wish I could get my time and money back.

Smmfh customer service???? None! Food is cold when you do finally get it & the order is never right. The staff gives so much attitude. I’m from DC & this is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to

Google says they are not typically busy at the time of my order but after over an hour of waiting and 2 canceled doordash drivers I still don't have food. How a place like this is allowed to stay open is a mystery.
