This is the first Panera I've been to that wasn't clean. I'm not talking about occasional dirt. I'm talking about the walls in the bathroom stalls being dirty, visible dirt on top of the paper towel dispenser, crumbs behind the seat cushions, and greasy tile floor in the main dining area. These conditions could be understood if it was late in the day. However it was before 8 am. My order took 45 minutes due to staff miscommunication and another sandwich had to be remade due to poor quality. I'm not upset about the food or wait because the Manager was trying to be accommodating, but only at my request. Panera please clean your store and give a da** about customer service.
Panera Bread a great selection of food items, fast service,.good prices and tasty! Can't go wrong here.
I got this burnt grilled cheese and didn't notice it until I got home. I was pretty disappointed...the cheese was so burned that it didn't stick to the top of the sandwich. Smh.
Consistent quality, relaxed atmosphere and deployment of truly useful technology makes this a pleasant place for a great meal.
Disappointing after finding out they discontinued the potato soup. I would specifically have Panera for lunch on Monday and Wednesday since those are the only two days they have that soup. I realize things change, but what I don't comprehend is why change something that isn't broke? So unfortunate to have lost a dedicated customer.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE and adding insult to injury, returned to restaurant on cold, rainy night, spoke to Manager on duty about missing items from the order and was met with blank stare. They provided two missing items, lrg MAC n Cheese and baguette but had no response, and didn’t offer to rectify or provide the missing extras ordered and paid for! Unreal.
Always good, very consistent food. Fresh baked bread and pastry
Live this Panera for having outdoor dining tables.
Employees are so nice and service very quick!
Had a to go order and it was ready like that. We barely had time to get our drinks and sit down for a minute. The lady at the counter was very helpful and the food was delicious as usual
Today is a day I wish I was a mystery shopper. My ONE star review today isn't related to the food but the service at the register. I stopped at Panera on Ninth street around 1:20 pm on my lunch break and the young lady's demeanor was really subpar. Watching her attitude, tone, and facial expression with the customer before me, she seemed as if she didn't want to be there then it was my turn. No warm greeting, smile, or anything--from my experience with customer service jobs--you should have an "approachable" aura when dealing with the public, however the older woman after me recieved just that--a happy face.
Filthiest silverware ever. Not water spots, sticky slimy something on the entire handle. #1, do they even wash this stuff and #2, do they even look at it to see if it is clean before presenting it to the customer. When I asked the person behind the counter, "do you have any clean soup spoons back there?", she handed me one without even looking to see if it was clean. I guess she did not pick up on my sarcasm...
Coffee is good ' as always
Overall it was fine. It was dirty the booth was ripped and the bathrooms were dirty as well. Coffee was mediocre. Served the purpose of working on a computer for an hour.
I would not recommend delivery service. I order a turkey sandwich, Baja Mac-n-cheese and I was so disappointed. The sandwich seemed like an old packed sandwich from elementary school. It wasn’t good at all and the Mac n cheese was topped with old pico toppings without avocado. extremely disappointed.
Usually fine with this Panera location, but I picked up my order today and, in addition to having literally *one* drop of dressing in the container for my salad, this was the piece of bread I was given. 😳 not particularly appetizing, and also about half the size I’ve gotten before. Some quality control seems needed.
Super simple process with kiosks for grabbing a cup'o in the morning!
Panera Bread is my favorite. I enjoy the broccoli cheddar soup, chipotle chicken sandwich, and the almond cookies.
The bread is beautiful and I love the nice drink combination
Called in an order, but didn't know if they delivered bc my app wasn't working at the time. Employee "Aja" took care of everything and assured me they did deliver to my address! She was very nice and bubbly and i couldn't even see her face! Told her she was doing a great job and she thanked me. She's a rising star!
Food is great, staff is nice, and you don't have to wait long for your meal. Has easy-to-use, efficient tablets that make placing an order easy.
Steak sandwich had 3 little pieces of steak which did not cover the bread. Mac and cheese had limp soft bacon. It was pretty bad and it was expensive. Any deli would have piled on the meat - I don't know how they stay in business. !
Nice location. Full menu. Clean restrooms and environment. Good soups.
Nice staff, very typical panera. Clean and predictable, but were out of some popular items
Prompt service and friendly staff. Great summer salad and enjoyed eating on the patio outside. Love the different drink selections not just soda's.
Love Panera the summer corn chowder soup is wonderful. Highly recommend Panera Bread for a delicious, healthy meal.
Don't order the modern caprese. It's really not great. The pumpkin muffins tops are good tho.
Panera is only good for bakeries and smoothies. However, the other meals like bowls are very bad. Also they give dirty forks and spoons which is totally unacceptable.
Panera bread never fails, consistently good and reliable for an eatery, for breakfast or to just a grab smoothies and coffee
Cashier made a joke implying that my money was counterfeit. As someone who has worked in customer service, I found this rude and uncalled for.
You just can't go wrong with Panera Bread. They have a variety of offerings that are clean and very tasty. I had the basic chicken caesar salad with a cup of veggie soup. The only bad thing is the 800 calorie kitchen sink cookie, that I got for my Birthday treat! So much for staying within my macros today!!
I ordered lunch for delivery to Duke Hospital today for 8 nurses. I placed a mobile order and forgot one of the meals so I called the store and spoke with Anna. She was quick to take my additional order and made sure it was packed with my original delivery order. When the food arrived I was actually missing one of the meals. So I called the store, spoke with Anna again, and she immediately reprinted the meal ticket and sent it with a new delivery man. It was the middle of the lunch rush but she made sure to take care of everything I asked. It was amazing customer service! Thank you so much!
Great food and this location offers online orders, app orders, rapid pick up, delivery, catering and walk-ins.
This Panera is the definition of unprofessional from their dishonest employees to their unscrupulous manager. The food is mediocre at best and the cleanliness is poor.
I don’t know what it is with this Panera Bread but every time I order something at this location, it always has hair in it..... like eyebrow hair and stringy hair like things on the bread. I mean the service is good but the food
Great food and service! Conveniently located to my office.
This is one of the friendliest Panera Bread stores I have ever visited. The service was a little confusing but the staff was more than happy to help. Maybe every Panera does toasted bagels differently as sometimes the cashier fulfills the order, but this particular store makes you go to the back to pick up the order. No worries, this was still an awesome overall experience.
@panerabread I’ve received the worst service in my life today. I ordered soup at 9am and have called and been told 4x that it was on the way. I ordered more just to see; the extra soup I bought showed up but I’m still waiting for the original. Ridiculous. And to be lied to and told it went out twice. So a singular bowl can’t make it to me but 2 more purchased bowls can somehow find their way to my grubby little hands?! I don’t like being lied to. I don’t recommend this location and will not be going back.
