I have never seen a pizza delivery restaurant close its lobby at night. It defeats the whole point of order and picking up quickly if you have to sit in a line for several minutes. At the very least there should be an intercom system where you can buzz in and give your name, then they can open the door and give you the pizza.

Very rude Employee, he was thin, had dreadlocks. I would never suggest anyone going to this store. Wish I could give it a 0. But 1 is the lowest I could go. No wonder the store has a 2.5 rating, probably because of such employees.

Gentlemen ignore me for about 10 minutes then took someone else order who came in and waited 30 seconds! Then he was rude to me when he was the on in the wrong! I never got mad or anything just wanted to be treated fairly!

Ordered a pizza, cheesy bread, and a 2 liter drink from this location, only my cheesy bread was delivered. I called back and was assured a refund. I did not receive the refund. I called back a few days later asking for that same refund, I was once again reassured I would receive it. Once again I did not.Also the previous time I tried to order from this location their delivery service stole my food. I will NEVER order from this location again! Robbed twice!BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered a pizza online. It said it would ready in 20-30 mins. I drive to the papa johns. there's a drive thru lines that basically not moving. Then there's a long line inside also not moving. I sat and waited 35 mins just to get to the window. And they tell me my pizza isn't ready an hour after I ordered it. Says it will be 20-25 more mins. Since I already waited an hour I figured I might as well just wait. I sit in the parking lot for 30 mins. Get back in the drive thru line. There's like 2 cars ahead of me but they aren't moving because they are basically leaving cars at the window for 20+ mins. I spend another 30 mins before I get to the window. Then when I get there they say it's not ready but it's on the way. I think they kept forgetting to make my 1 pizza or kept giving it away because they were behind. I sit at the window waiting for another 30 mins to receive my pizza. There were others that waited very long to many people drove off. Some people got their pizza before me even though they showed up after me. I've never waited 2.5+ hours for a pizza before but it happened here. That said I feel like my food free. I should've been given a refund for my food or an extra pizza or something. It doesn't take 2.5 hours to make a pizza. That said I highly doubt I'll be ordering papa johns for a very long time.

I’ve always ordered pepperoni pizza clean cut because my kids are allergic to many of the other toppings . Mostly everything I order delivery I first will call ahead , but here i did not. Even though reviews lately for this location are terrible, I decided to order anyways because I can’t tolerate dominos.All pizzas taste different, and i feel as though Papa Johns has most consistently been flavorful. Round of applause ?, my order was great. Hope you all see this comment as the light at the end of the *1 star rating tunnel*.I’m sure one person makes each dish, which is probably why many people have had such bad ordering experiences. Thank you to whoever made sure my order wasn’t like anything i’ve seen in the comments below.
