Went today to get my subs and the two girls preparing them were super nice and very helpful when I was choosing what to put in my sub . Lovely customer service will definitely keep going back there .

Person putting the sub together was clueless. Meat, then some veggies, asked for some ranch and they put a 2 mm bean of it on the cheese. Added lettuce, oil and vinegar and they put the O and V on the cheese side which of course all ran onto the paper. They put it on a new paper and bagged it with no napkins. Totally sub-par.

Horrible management!!! This has been my subway for 15+ years. Many employees past & present have become friends, I've been invited to baby showers, we've messaged, and talked for hours, I even gave a car to an employee to help him out. I easily spin $60+ a week at Subway. I'm returned one sandwich & 2 pizzas in that time, I should have returned more but didn't. I order today & order a pizza. She tells my the oven overheated it's going to be about 5-10 mins. I drop my child of and come back. I order & get home. It has 3 dime size black spots on it, it's supposed to be cheese pizza & it's burnt. I drive back up there & ask for another one not a refund. The manager tells me that the dime size black spots are parsley (okay) (I thought sausage but definitely not parsley) She tells me if she cooks me another pizza it's just going to look like this one. She asked me whats wrong with it? I said would you eat it? Silence. Exactly!! She tells an employee she doesn't want to deal with me. I simply ask why she doesn't pull the pizza out earlier so it doesn't burn. She's says I know you...you return everything, it's always a problem. I've seen this lady like 3 times ever. Because I've been driving to the Subway on Guess Rd (their food is better, and cooked properly) I have never returned anything but two pizzas (1 is this 1) and a sandwich. The sandwich had mayo on it which my son is allergic to. And the pizza had mold) when I returned those she said it happens all the time people are always complaining about the crust being so hard you can't break it and it being burnt. So fix it. I have spent 1000s of dollars there over the years, made my friends, but I will never step foot in there again. I left and went to subway on Guess Rd. If you're craving Subway Guess Road is definitely the one to go to. The last photo is Guess Road Subway!

I don't expect a whole lot from Subway. But even for subway, this place was really really bad. The meat was grey and slimey, the veggies were brown and rotten, and the bread was as dry and crumbly as dead leaves.Even if you are a fan of Subway, I would seriously suggest thinking twice on going here!

Terrible store. Staff is rude, meat on the sandwiches is gross and slimy, sandwiches taste like butt, service is terrible. Eat literally anywhere else.

Great Subs and Service and all the Subs are delicious!!! They're even better without the "Rapinoe's". I'll take 'Jared' over Kool-Aid Head anytime! Love Y'all, Peace.

I ordered a Turkey wrap on the app and I carefully reviewed my order while i was at work got back to work no meat, i called them and said this was the wrong order they said i asked for a veggie delight, i explained to Jocelyn that it was wrong she said, i am not doing anything about it that's what you ordered, i said no ma'am i wanted a Turkey wrap. I asked for a manager i didn't get it, she told me to call customer service she said i don't know any numbers just google it. I tried to call cooperative, but i could get through and left a message on the email. This female Jocelyn is very rude all i asked for was new one, i wasn't even asking for a refund. Not good customer service, i will never go back to that one.

As a local Durhamite, I've been going to this location for past 10+ years and always my fav location. BUT what's with the cheese N*** woman? Petite, feisty lady who argues with customers about amount of shredded cheese on a vegetarian sub when that's the only source of protein on sandwich. She literally sprinkled thimble size portions and when I politely asked for more cheese she was rude, loud and obnoxious. It wasn't worth arguing about so I agreed to pay for extra cheese, only to get a few more thimble size sprinkles. This location used to be friendly and generous but if this cheapness continues I'd suggest going elsewhere as I will now do.
