THEE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! If you walk in, you will be ignored because the staff will be too busy, and they are very very very slow. Don’t go here if you have somewhere to be.

Closed 30 minutes early & refused to release delivery orders ?? literally see the orders sitting on the shelf so I guess instead of doing their job they prefer to take the orders home for themselves.

Although this place is a lifesaver and Always open late in the night.They are always out of hot sauce and today..I asked for extra hot sauce twice and nicely.Apparently extra hot sauce means 2 sachets .

Not the fastest taco bell, however the management is very classy and kind. Also, the food was also prepared to perfection.Moreover, unlike most fast food places that would give you stale fries, they made me an order of Nacho Fries special and hot before sending it out (took an extra 5 mins but worth the wait). Will visit again ?

I usually am pretty patient at places, but I just waited 20 minutes for an order where every single item was wrong. I feel for the folks working here but it’s also frustrating as a customer.

I have reviewed this location before, and it never surprises me that something is messed up every single time. Last night, we waited for 30 minutes, only to be told they had no chicken wings. Now, keep in mind it is a KFC/TACO BELL. No chicken wings... They also had a paper stuck to the drive-thru menu saying they were out of over 10 other things. Needless to say, we left after I had to keep my husband from going inside.

RUDE!!! Manager rude!! They weren’t doing anything but doordash through drive-thru, you go inside and nobody greets you, when I was finally able to talk to someone because I had a question she cut me off and said “Ima get my manager cause I don’t know nothing about that!” Goes to attempt to get the “manager” and her rude self says “well I don’t know nothing about that, I didn’t give it out” in response to the other employee asking about the birthday reward, the manager didn’t bother to stop what she was doing to assist just making excuses “working on another order” for a person that was not waiting or currently at the restaurant for a question that would have not taking that long to answer or figure out the resolution!
