820pm I ordered a kids meal and redeemed my points through the Wendy's app. The cashier scanned the app and then said $1.08. I asked what I'm being charged for and she couldn't explain it to me. I then asked for the manager. Well that's when things became iff. The manager tried to advise me that 1. The actual store has no control over the app and vs vera. 2. The system took off the kids meal and left a balance of $1.08. I advised her that I was NOT paying anything since I am redeeming points and it clearly shows the same exact items in the picture on the app. She then proceeded to try to explain to me that the app is different from the store and I need to contact the "website" with this issue. She offered to pay the $1.08 "out of her own pocket" then when I said" ok good because I'm the customer and I shouldn't be charged since I ordered exactly what's on the app. She then voided my order and told the cashier that if I ordered anything else then I will have to pay for it. To that I said do you think I don't have $1.08 I do but that's not the point. I then said I'm not going back and forth. I will just report this to upper management and I drove off. Her lack of knowledge regarding the app and rewards program was disappointing because I just placed the same order in the app at this exact location and it came to $0.00!!!!!!

Got half my food, and it wasn't even remotely buizzy.Spent 20 bucks on a double nacho combo, and a taco salad. Drove 30 minutes home to find out I had Fry's a drink,and the salad. No sandwich. When I go to work I strive to give my clients the best experience possible. Obviously this company could care less. P.s called the store over 30 times with no answer, and they gave me no receipt to boot. If you go here check your food before you leave. Don't get scammed like me. I will going further avoid Wendy's all together. What a joke

This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s to ever exist I will not ever go back to any Wendy’s store because of this one store if you are planning on going to this store take the extra 2-3 miles to go to any other Wendy’s or any other food place

Late night staff only accepting “mobile orders” via drive thru, would not allow you to order normally or with cash.
I ordered three of their new grilled chicken and ranch wrap with extra ranch. They were really good and very filling with just one. Plan to try them again, but not too soon.

Floor unbelievably unsafe. I had non slip shoes because I work at a bar and I almost slipped. And watching others walk on this floor during rain was scary. Lawsuit waiting to happen super unsafe. Staff not friendly and service terrible
