Spent 30 min at the drive through for a basic meal order. They take orders and make you pay then have you park with 4-5 other parked cars waiting for a person to walk out the food. This is not efficient when the drive through line is empty. Now a person is walking up to every car with 2-3 orders in their hand bc they don't know who is who, wasting more time. Clearly this place is not being managed well. So I'm not sure I even blame the employees.Update 2/21 much faster in providing food. Waited only a few minutes. They are however still requiring all cars pull ahead into parking before giving food. The entire restaurant was empty and no one was in the drive through. Why are you requiring workers to walk out every order? Wasted time and effort. -1 star

This is the 2nd time (months apart) I pick up my online order and there is no slaw because you are out. Instead you give me more toast.... really? Your website needs to show that slaw is out when I'm placing an order... like how is it an option to select? This location is disappointing. Also ordered 4 fingers... got 3. Everything is dried out and ordered almost 3 hours before closing...

This location seems to always have something wrong with it. You can't order the full menu online such as the loaded fries or the signature clubs, they always forget something in your order whether it be something as small as sauces or large as a whole order of fingers, and it is always a long wait regardless of whether you're the only customer or not. It is much easier to go 5 miles down the highway to the location in Cary than it is to gamble on this location getting your already limited to select items order right.

Asking cars to pull up after they've paid at the window, HAS to stop. This system is no way speeds anything up. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for an order I had already paid for. I won't pull up again. Everyone else should stop doing it too. Make them serve YOU first. Aftee waiting over half an hour while tejy served a dozen other cars, I got not so much as an "I'm sorry" or an offer to comp my meal, etc. Do better.

The drive thru is slow every time. I waited 10 min for my food just for it to be nasty. The fries tasted spoiled. The nibbler was just thrown together and the overall meal was luke warm. The lemonade tasted like they poured the whole bag of sugar in it. I’m going to have to give this location up there have been no improvements.

Waited 20 min at the drive through to place order after being told holdOn one second. Placed order then had to wait another 10-15 min on the food to come out. I spent more than half my lunch just waiting for food. Manager walking around just playing with her hair. Employees standing around not doing anything but playing on their phones. This place is absolutely the worst zaxbys I have ever been too. Dining room was a mess, restroom had piss all over the floors. Save your time and effort, hit the Wendy’s across the street. Fries and sandwich was cold, no napkins or ketchup either. This place is straight trash with the bottom of the barrel employees.

I don’t really write reviews but the guy that works here has the worst customer service. I ordered a pickup order through doordash and went to pick it up after i got the notification that my food was ready. When i tried to enter the store the door was locked. I checked the hours and it was their business hours but still the doors were locked. I only saw people in drive through. I went to the window to ask the guy about my order since I didn’t have the car to go through drive through. The guy yelled get in line. I told him my order was already ready and yet he yelled at me every body in the line had their order ready and asked me to get back in the line again. I didn’t have a car and he wanted me to get in the drive through line. That’s absurd.

It takes these people a year to make chicken fingers and fries for whatever reason and I was late coming back from lunch because of it. It's outrageous how many people have to sit in parking spaces and wait on their food because of them. Worst Zaxby's I've ever been to in my life. 0/10 not recommended.

Order Cobb salad had no bacon or onion,had to wait 15 minutes for 3 chicken stripes,forgot my fried pickles,no tea or napkins. Once I receive my fried pickles they taste like they're cooked in old grease. My food was terrible,will not return and spent over 30 dollars ?

Magnificent Concessions

The order taker didn’t know her job and the manager behind her didn’t know his job or the menu them two together created a bad experience but ??Desmond took over right before he was leaving and answered our questions and got our food out to us also the wait was long because the order taker couldn’t read the ticket instead of looking inside thebag and figuring it out??
