I ordered the Alaskan fish sandwich. It was way overcooked. Burnt. The sause on it about made me sick. I love sonic. Never been disappointed. But haven't been there in a while. But now the food sucks.

The food is fine, but some of the drive-in machines don't work, so I had to find another one. This happens a lot when I go here.Parking: The machines where you park at are not working, so you have to ride around to see if there an empty spot so you can order.

What a complete waste of money. Don't eat here unless you like sugary onion rings, burnt to a crisp burgers, charcoal corn dogs and undrinkable milkshakes. The only item in my order I could actually consume was my soda.

I love this place so much. Drive up, sit in your car relaxing with loved ones. Then laugh, watch the kids playing in play yard and eat at your own pace.
New management in the last several months. If you gave up on Elizabeth City Sonic in the past, give them another try. A world of difference!

People have lost track of customer service. I pull up to the drive-thru ordering station, wait 3 minutes (give or take) I can see the cashier and cooks joking around but no one answers to take my order. I proceed forward to place my order, guy opens the window and says “what did I order” NOTHING, because you never took my order!! Then walks off to his manager, comes back and says they can’t take orders at window I have to pull into a spot to order. I ask for a manager and she says the same thing. I pull off, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, first and last time going there!!
