I have to admit the food is really good. The only thing I wish they did was to print out orders that come on the chow now asap rather than wait until I come in and ask for my food and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about until they look at the chow now kiosk. So it said my food would be ready for pick up in 15 mins. Once I get there about 20 mins later because I know they are very busy, my food wasn't even noticed until I came in and asked for it. So I actually waited there about 30 mins until all my food was ready. My advise is pay more attention to the chow now kiosk for when orders come through.

As a truck driver, I love to support what we call a mom's and pop's restaurant. Mainly because of the food is fresh and cooked better.This morning February 15th, 2024, I stopped at Melton's to eat, because they to me have good food. But what stopped me was when a guy wearing green Melton's T-shirt comes out of the men's bathroom after taking a dump. Didn'twash his hands. So, I asked the girl up front who was he and she said that he breads the chicken. I told her he didn't wash his hands and her reply was there's a sink in the chicken to wash there hands. PEOPLE NO MATTER IF THERE’S A SINK IN THE KITCHEN, THERE’S A SINK IN THE BATHROOM! GOOD CLEAN PRACTICE MEANS WASHING YOUR HANSS EVERYWHERE YOU GO.! WOW, I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!

It been about 5 years sense I had Milton's. My favorite is the chicken bacon sub. Well tonight I decided to go. The girl Making the sub was so slow, omg I mean slow. She acted as if she was high and couldn't read the paper that was telling her how to make the sub. I want all teens to have a job but if you don't want to work please go home. We as customers would like to have our food in a timely manner.Parking: It was nicely paved.

The cashier did not repeat our order, therefore missing 1/2 of the order and ringing up the other half wrong.Our order was corrected, but this could have been avoided if the cashier had repeated the order.

I get a biscuit there every morning. NOT a lot of choices that early in the a.m. Most days I have to be very detail. One cook I don't want to touch my food at all. The other one is mostly on point. Now I have to say I got one this morning The clerk made it and it was the best biscuit I have ever gotten there. Thanks girly you made my day
