Just ordered two salads after waiting 10 minutes in the drive through. I asked for a grilled chicken zensation salad, got fried chicken. Ordered a Cobb Salad no eggs, no bacon just lettuce, chicken, cheese and bread! Over $11 a piece! It cannot be that hard to put a salad together CORRECTLY! Rediculous!

Being in the mood for delicious wings I stopped in and then saw a sign that they only had non sugar drinks which I was fine with. The employee further mentioned or to me as I was still ok with the drink issue. I ordered 5 bone in wings with garlic buffalo sauce, fries and Texas toast and a drink for $11.44. The wings were dry and not any bigger than my thumb! Sauce and service was good but I probably won’t be back.

Food was good, but the staff could learn a lot from Chick-fil-A. Good, nice and helpful staff go a long ways with me. The floor don't look like have been cleaned for a week. We would have gone to Chick-fil-A if they open. They have very nice accommodating people there. Always asking if they can get you anything.

Zaxbys is always a good choice. We get a family meal and a salad every time we go through the drive thru.
Asked for ranch. Asked for apple juice for my child. Charged for it all. None of which were in bag. Extremely pissed with the amount of money to eat there and not even get what I ordered. Disappointing.

I hadn't eaten at a Zaxby's in a long time. I knew from a friend to get mild sauce and ranch. The sever was so polite. However, my ulcer which has not bothered me in years has acted up ever since. Next time I will get just plain. My friend who was with me got the salad and is not suffering.Dietary restrictions: If you have an ulcer even if it has not bothered you in years go as bland as possible.

My wife pulls up to the window, the girl slings open the window, my wife hands her the money and she slams the window shut. Wont be back with that kind of customer service!! You need to find someone else to run the drive thru.
