This place was so lovely. We called ahead for a reservation and we’re met with a nice little “reserved” plaque on our table. The waitress was sweet and quick and the food was spectacular. Easily the best place we’ve eaten in Fayetteville. The owner, Ernie, stopped by our table to say Hi and was so kind and funny. They need servers, so if any wait staff folks are looking for work they’re an awesome option!

This is the best restaurant in the area, in my opinion. Every sip, every bite, brings me happiness. Whoever is the saucier... you are an alchemist. The staff is very friendly and courteous, as well.

Omg this place is AMAZING!!! The owners Arnie and Lisa are so fun and welcoming and the food is out of this world. I’ve eaten a lot of wonderful, high quality steaks and I can’t believe the meal I had was only $35. Every meal I’ve had comparable to that experience cost over $100 and didn’t include a delicious salad and garlic bread appetizer. The is a MUST GO! I live in Raleigh but will be back hopefully many times!

Bro the food taste good. The guy is a soccer 2 at the local team Fayetteville fury. He is funny and nice. There food is always fresh. The desert is the best in town.

This establishment is ran by inadequate and unprofessional staff. Management does not want to discuss our terrible experience.

We ordered two dirty martinis that were not made correctly and tasted awful and we asked for a replacement and then was charged for them. It would be in their best interest to not offer to make any drink and then not being able to deliver quality but still expect a consumer to pay for it. What a shame. I hope for the sake of others who plan to have a drink at their bar they invest in some mixology training.

This is definitely one of the best restaurants that I have ever been to. I tend to travel to North Carolina a lot and I am always in search of great food. I was so pleased to find this hidden gem! The desserts are to die for. The ambience is amazing. The staff are wonderful. And IT IS AUTHENTIC ITALIAN food. I never thought I would find truly genuine authentic Italian food in Fayetteville, NC. Imagine my surprise to not only find this great restaurant with great food! I 100% recommend this place. Whenever, I am in Fayetteville, I will be sure to stop by Caruso...and so should you!

Absolutely amazing! Bruschetta was delicious and the lobster ravioli is a must. Staff was great and the owner made his presence! I’m usually critical but this place has broken the mold for me.

Caruso's is fantastic. My best friend and I tried them on a whim last night- very very near closing time. And they still served us and kept the kitchen open for us. Best whim ever- the lobster ravioli and the lamb chops were to die for. Our bartender was sweet and made sure we didn't walk away without trying their carrot cake and tiramisu cake for later. We will be back!

Servers and cooks do not wear masks. They lost our reservation. We waited two hours for our food. Barely got drink refills. A family got up and walked out while we were there. The food was ok but by no means worth the money. The charcuterie board appetizer costs too much for only four slices of meat. Cheap and uncomfortable tin tables and seats. And, finally, the reason why I am even writing this is that at the end of our dinner, we tipped 20%. A $40 tip and the server (who barely visited the table mind you) had the audacity to say it was the cheapest amount possible. :)

Eating here was an abusive experience. The waiter consistently neglected our table. They were only filling up our drinks upon request while staring at my empty cup from beyond the safety of the bar. Where three employees simply gabbed the night away with little care to attend to any customer within the establishment. My family was not rude at all and may times we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They stated that there was only one cook this Friday evening. We sat quietly all of us just chatting waiting for our food as the time ticked away. We had arrive and we're waiting 30 minutes for a charcuterie board that barely could've fed my dog. After that we sat and talked some more another 30 minutes to our surprise a salad was delivered to the table. We were unaware our meals came with one and didn't get to choose what dressing came with them. The plate was about the size of my phone with little salad even on it. After that we were left wondering how long it would be until our main course. This wait was a lot longer closer to 45 minutes. The food when it arrived was good but after that wait we were not very happy. When leaving they asked us how much we would like to tip so they could add it to the machine. We said 20 percent. When we asked about it on the receipt to see the total the employee decided to remark that our tip was right there and that it was the lowest possible percentage. Rude. I hope our server can survive with a 40 dollar tip over the course of two hours which is much more that what I make, 15 dollars per hour.

Went here for date night. Highly recommended. It's a small place so be prepared to make friends at nearby tables. Service was excellent. They explain what's on the plate when they bring it. We got the Lobster ravioli and the steak with peppercorn sauce. Both were phenomenal. Make reservations.

We arrived at 4:45pm to be sure we could get a table. We were greeted at the door perhaps by the owner who said without a reservation we could not be seated. Very disappointed. There was not sign nor could we find anything on the website that says reservations only. I have eaten there twice before and the food was very good (except the risotto, not great) and service so so.
