Service is good here. Ice cream is good when you can actually get what you want- but the past FOUR times we’ve been here they’ve been out of pretty much everything we wanted to order. For example last time they were out of brownie pieces and pretzels. Today they’re out of chocolate ice cream. How are you an establishment based around ice cream and out of the main ingredient. Last time I waste gas driving up here. So disappointing every time.

My daughters tried their seasonal strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and liked it a lot! I got the mango pineapple smoothie and it was okay. Customer service was great.

There was this girl named Lainey , she was very sweet and kind to me and my sisters , we were all very indecisive and she was very patient with us and even gave us great recommendations . Amazing staff member she is I appreciate and applaud her for being such an amazing employee ✨✨✨

I stopped in to get an ice cream cake for my daughter after work. When I took the cake to the counter, I requested they write a message on the cake. The gentleman said they weren't cake decorators and it might not look good, but they wrote what I requested. They did a great job, and my daughter was thrilled with the surprise cake. I really appreciated the effort they put in to make the cake special for her. Thank you!

If I could rate this place lower than a 1 I surely would. What person in there right mind would pay full price for a banana split and yall are out of bananas.The manager wasn't friendly nor did she try to substitute, offer it at a little lesser cost, or even sell me a ice cream boat without bananas. All she could say was because we are out of bananas we still have to charge you full price for the banana split, like it's the customer fault you didn't order bananas for the week. Me as the customer "Oh how crazy of me that I forgot to bring my own bananas ?? with me"....lol...who does that? Guess I better remember to bring them with me the next time.Poor customer service at its finest.

Employees was nice and polite, the only issue was we asked for a banana split and they didn't have many flavors of ice cream only vanilla, no cherry on top, small banana, just needed better ingredients and more stuff

This is kinda the last straw with this Dairy Queen. It’s always like a hit and miss with this place when it comes to getting ice cream I’ll go inside sometimes or go to the drive-through and notice that there are young kids constantly joking or messing around not really working, but today was another repeat of them constantly running out of product. Today going through the drive-through they informed us that they no longer have vanilla ice cream and it’s 7:38 PM. How are you out of the most common ice cream possible? It’s crazy because this Dairy Queen out of all the other locations in the area is by far the worst. Every other Dairy Queen in the area is totally fine but this Dairy Queen always seems to have issues as well as having a extremely dirty lobby every time I go in. Management kind of needs to step up here because this is kind of getting ridiculous.
Drive thru customer service is very horrible!! Very very rude! It’s like we were bothering her and she did not want to be there. I spoke to the manager and he didn’t seem to care at all! I will not go back there!

Well let me say that usually this DQ is on the money! But on our last trip to the DQ I wanted a Reeses blizzard ..... "I'm sorry we're out of Reeses!" OK I'll do a Snickers blizzard! "We're out of Snickers too!" Say what??? Not cool DQ NOT COOL!!!
