Shout out to the folks at Fitlab. In the rain he brought shake to me. That was wonderful!!!!Always call ahead and I just run in and grab my shake when in a hurry. Love starting my day off with their protein shakes

Shout out to Guy and Fit Lab Nutrition. Came in on a whim and Guy was there to greet me and talk me through their options. Smoothie was great and the service was even better!

Delicious smoothies! I buy four at the time, put three in the freezer and the night before I want to have it for breakfast the next morning, I put it in the refrigerator to partially thaw. I eat it with a spoon and it fills me up for hours. Staff is so friendly and the service is speedy! Highly recommend!

I love this place!!! Great shakes and reasonable calories. They are so nice and kind. My favorite is the banana crunch!!!

I ordered the berry açaí smoothie. The ingredients were listed on the menu and the smoothie was fresh. Yummy energy boost without added junk!

Fabulous establishment!! Great tasting product made with care by lovely staff. The owners are wonderful and kind. The atmosphere is relaxed, clean and inviting, perfect place to sit for a chat and a yummy treat.

This team was knocking it out of the park. Less than 5 minute wait time from order to receiving our order. Not to mention the quality of the drinks with real ingredients is one of the best in the Fayetteville area.

The style and welcoming environment makes for a great place to sit and relax and just chat with the friendly staff. The entire area from the lobby to the restrooms were very well maintained.

I tried this place one time and it was so good that I told myself I need to come back. The owner is really awesome and was so patient with me. I tried once of the popular protein smoothie n did not like it at all, so he with no charge made me a different one that I ended up liking. Which he didn’t have to but he did anyways so I really appreciated that. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is cause the hours posted on google is inaccurate. I drove all the way over here from Ramsey after my workout looking forward to having another protein smoothie only to find they are closed ? please update your hours. Thank you. Besides that great store, awesome owner.
