Just left Fuller's BBQ on Eastern Blvd. Server service was terrible! I'm normally very sensitive and considerate to the hard work they endure especially in a heated environment resulting in my leaving a 50.00 tip or more. But today's experience I had during lunch was awful. Instead of a tip I left a note.I sat there the entire time eating my meal as I watched them check on other customers. I even tried to get the one tall lady attention dressed in black but I guess she didn't see me waving at her because I wanted a straw for my glass of water. She continued to go to other tables asking if they needed anything.There was even another guy who was also alone came in 15 minutes after me and sat down behind me and from a far she asked him was he good but he must have been a regular because prior to him coming to the back where I was sitting they ( the tall lady in black) were having a conversation. Yes I could have just tried to get her attention again but at this time I was done with the meal and a little frustrated. .. lessons learned.. however; the meal that I got from the buffet was good and I'm glad everyone else had a better experience.than I

I Miss living in Raleigh NC and being able to drive there when I wanted to ?❤️ I wish we had one in southern
I had no idea this place existed but my husband found it with a quick google search. It popped under BBQ but this place in my opinion isn't BBQ but southern/soul food. I was excited when I learned it was buffet style. It's a little confusing when walking in but staff is quickly to steer you in the right direction. My second impression was that the staff was very friendly and I truly appreciate when they engage with kids. The restaurant is clean and I really appreciate the gloves and hand sanitizer throughout. The food was fantastic, fried chicken, greens, black eyed peas... banana pudding oh MY! You will leave with your belly full. I loved it and will be happy to come back.

I was so happy to see chicken and dumplings on the buffet bar. It was short lived as I was extremely disappointed to find chicken backs and other bones in it. I couldn't even eat it. The barbecue, fish and shrimp was good though. If I eat here again, it'll just be for the fish and barbecue.

All you can eat buffet. Food was a hit and miss on something's. I will go back. Fish and stew beef has an amazing flavor but the Mac & cheese and chitterlings was a NO for me!!!!!!!
