This is not a food review, although the food was 5 stars as always. I have to give a huge shout out to the manager, assistant manager and staff at our local K&W. Today, after having blood work done, my 6 year old daughter and I went to K&W for lunch. While walking through the parking lot towards the entrance, my daughter passes out. Not even a minute later 2 staff members walked out to see if they could help. They brought food and drinks and multiple staff members including the manager and assistant manager proceeded to check on us for the next 30 mins. They allowed my daughter to lie down in the front lobby and never once rushed us. Thank you to the entire staff for just being kind human beings!

Slow service at the line. Noone wanted to wait on us. The servers were arguing. The food was Luke warm. My grandson had the chicken and it must have been under cooked because he violently thru up before we left. The waitress was freaking out and said she would go get the manager but they didn't come. We had to throw our leftovers away because they smelled bad.

I’ve never had food this unseasoned. The Mac & cheese was so watered down that it didn’t even have cheese flavor to it. The chicken was soggy and didn’t seem fresh. The collards tasted beyond earthy, as if they weren’t washed though I’m sure they come from a can. The mashed potatoes tasted incredibly sour. I could have sworn they were afraid of even a little salt on any of the food items.

I paid $54 for 3 people to eat. My meal consisted of a 4 to 6oz piece of grilled chicken a piece of chopped steak snd greens beans which was over 15 dollars for one person. We sat in the doorway for 20 minutes before anyone helped us. I do not recommend the cuisine.Dietary restrictions: Very few low carb selections!

K&W staff is rude corporate needs to be involved with how they treat their employees….I was a former employee and the assistant manager started with me & even charged at me with a thermometer but I was the one fired for defending my actions. Their food, They use 2 & 3 day old food & reserve it to their customers.

We have been coming to the local K&W for over 40+ years. This is the third building they are in now. SO SHORT STAFFED! They maybe, giving them the benefit of the doubt, serving about ⅓ of the food on the serving line as they used too. 4 in the afternoon and they were out of many of the staple items, like rice, Mac and cheese, very little bread. What they did have was served hot and good. But doesn't seem to be worth the value it once was, even considering what the pandemic has done to the food industry. Then we found out they close the register where you pay at the exit after 4pm and we had to go get back in the serving line behind people getting food to pay at the serving line register. After 45 years this will probably be our last visit.
