This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at kfc. I would never come back here. You order a 3pc meal they give you all legs instead of a thigh or breast. They never have any livers or gizzards. The employees would rather play around than actually do any work. I also order 2 chicken little and just slap a chicken nugget on it. Waste of time and waste of money.

The food is alright here. But they NEVER give me sauce. I ordered nuggets and asked for KFC sauce and it seems they dont like to give it unless you ask a bunch of times.

Idk where to even start. Ordered 2 family meals and they shorted me almost half the whole order. I got miniaturized sides which is cool but where was the whole other family meals side's? Cashier has me pull up to save time but then acts like it's weird I'm asking about the gallon lemonade I still have yet to recieve. Felt like the twilight zone or something. It's Bos time I guess

Food is the Bomb people Attitude is really bad no Customer service is bad I just wanted some Original chicken the young boy that was at the window at 806 pm he didn't want to do chicken Manager on that night she really didn't care no just wanted it 2 go away sad so I waited I now they was Mad because they take there time from 806 to 846 with Attitude I wanted my chicken ? but I just got my money ? back and left u do not like your job ps don't work there I just wanted Original chicken and he didn't want to cook it very sad

This location needs to be shut down! Team members standing around drive thru talking, laughing and the customers in the drive are waiting 10 mins at the window just to get cold, old food, terrible quality and customer service! Wish I had 10 hands, so I could give them 10 thumbs down.

I was in the drive thru. It was raining. I hold my window down and tell me why I was waiting there for more than 5 minutes and nobody answered. My car was getting really wet. And it is not i can put my window up because then i wont be able to hear jack... In top of that I had to talk loud in order for me to get their attention. For nothing because she told me to come to the window.. I came to the window I was telling them exactly what I wanted... and they mess up my order.. I ordered a chicken sandwich big box and a large Cole slaw. She only charged me the big box. I looked at the receipt and told her that the Cole slaw was not there.... she told me afterwards that I needed to come back around again in order to place it.. didn't say anything.... grabbed what she gave me... went straight home.. only to find out that my order was nottt accurate at all.... they gave me a 3 piece fried chicken with a biscuit. And two individual sides of smashed potato and one of green beans.... who the hell messes that much in an order. The restaurant was not even full and they were lots of employees.. worst drive thru experience...

I went to this Hope Mills location a week ago to get dinner for my family. When I went in they were very busy. I ordered my food. There was a specific employee there. She has short dreads or whatever with green tips. She has a VERY nasty attitude. Saying in front of customers “I need a cigarette.” Like all these paying customers were bothering her. Everyone was scrambling in the kitchen while she stood there complaining. The vile words that came out of the employees mouths was very unprofessional. I think this location really needs to get things under control. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this KFC.

Black girl with green tip locs nastiest attitude.*Gave me half my to drive thru order, after I happened to check in the car, and go inside, the girl says "gizzard meal is still cooking" straight face.I'm like you didn't say anything about this wasn't my entire order when you damn near threw the bag in my car, I said thank you and you walked off without saying anything. She just stood there.If you can't do the bare minimum, just don't have that job.That's ridiculous even for KFC.

This is my second time coming here for a chicken gizzards, and both times the chicken gizzards were undercooked the batter was slimy and the other pieces that were in that same order were hard. They made me wait for them to be cooked fresh but I don’t see how these were fresh. My stomach immediately started hurting after I had a couple. I couldn’t finish it.
