No servers??No foundation sodas, what in the world? Pizza Hit used to be affordable, family friendly with awesome video games and salad bars..Very disappointing for sure. We brought the family for a nice pizza meal and we are paying an arm and leg, waiting on ourselves .Will not be returning for sure

No servers. You order in, go to counter to get your food and eat a the table. No fountain, drinks. No video games either. What happened to Pizza Hut? Use to be the place to take a family. Me u is a small laminated sheet with no prices. If I want to look up the prices I would just stay home.
There are no severs? and the lights are off in the dining area, along with no ice for the sodas

We have take out. Service is fast. Location is convenient. There’s a Taco Bell and a waffle house next door. It’s a no brainer - of course we pick Pizza Hut and order the pasta with garlic bread and order extra cheese. The portion has shrunk from last year as the pan is smaller. At least it’s full. The taste is good as usual. Although the portion has decreased it’s good enough for two. It’s 11.33 tax included.5 stars.

When I ordered on line I used my rewards to order an item. It was not prepares when I arrived. When I inquired about the item I was told it didn't go through even though my points were used. No options were suggested and no apology offered. I come here once a month on average. I would expect better customer service. Or at least options for getting the item I requested.

The only meal I had in my short time in Fayetteville that was good was Pizza Hut. Ruby Tuesday was horrible and the restaurant at the Hilton hotel next to me was awful. Bravo Pizza Hut! Your service and food was great!!!!

The pizza was not good. It was not done. It was doughy and barely edible. Hadn't had Pizza Hut in a while and should have just went to sleep with my money in my pocket. It took forever to get the delivery when it said it was around the corner. The driver was polite and brought it upstairs to my hotel room so that was good. Overall 3/10.

A good spot to get pizza while on the road, although there's a large open space big enough to put in dozen or so tables. Perhaps this place doesn't get as much service as in a rural area? Other than that, this place is pretty good!
Good Hut. Never had a problem. They're quick and the staff is always friendly. ??

We ordered over $100 worth of wings and pizzas and when they came the wings that were supposed to be medium they came HOT. When I called the man answering the phone tried saying that he sauced them himself as medium. We have always gotten medium from PH and not once did we have to DOUSE them in ranch and they were still too hot. He had a poor attitude. We were lucky enough to have them refunded when all my wife wanted was her medium wings. She had worked at PH prior for 4 years and was a store manager and she knew right off the bay they were not medium. Will not be doing business with this PH in the future.
