This place is a destination every time that I come to this area. It's one of my favorite restaurants, period. I always get beef pho- The broth is perfect and the vegetables are very fresh. This time I got chicken pad thai and it was fantastic! My daughter loved the steamed dumplings. I can't recommend this place enough. One of the most 5 star restaurants that have ever been.

The ambiance was simple and nice. I'd be more cautious if the ambiance was all modern and new, as other "fusion" places are.The menu had enough options.The noodles & soup was awesome, as expected from authentic dishes. Only strange thing was cabbage on the side instead of mostly bean sprouts and basil, which I'm used to.The meat was marinated and flavors as expected, which was pretty nice.The fresh spring roll was nice esp with the vinegar dip instead of the usual peanut dip common in fusion restos. It's one of my tests to see if authentic or not when going to a Vietnamese food place.The grilled pork spring roll was partly disappointing. The meat too thick for a spring roll, might've been better to slice it thinner then layer it.The shrimp pad thai was abso amazing! Had my dude bring home his leftover and I ate it when we got home. Still yum!!!Tomorrow will try the take home seafood crispy noodles and the other dish I wanted to try with my version of Vietnamese vinegar.
