We took my mom for her 76th birthday lunch date. Food was good. Young crew working. When we walked in, no one was in sight. Stood there for a couple of minutes, finally I coughed to be heard, and was finally greeted and sat down. Took 5 minutes for our table to be approached. They took drink order and didn't return with drinks or to complete our order for another 5 minutes. (We got water and coffee) There was only one other table with customers that were already eating. Our food arrived, bread sticks missing. "Oh, you want the breadsticks? I'll have to put them in the toaster" To be clear.l, we clarified when ordering our meals, that they were served with breadsticks. I had to remind them again that we were still waiting on the breadsticks. By this time, our meal was half eaten. The young workers then proceeded to wrestle and yell and play in back of the dining area where we were sitting. No one checked on us again, still rough housing in the corner, being loud, one worker actually rolling on the floor. Finally, I remarked "when y'all are done playing, we'll take the bill , please"Really Sammio's?
