Terrible customer service.I placed a mobile order at 6:15, and the store closes at 8.Drive to Subway to pick up food. Try the door. Locked. Notice a sign: "Due to staffing shortages, we will be closing at 6PM today. Please visit our other location."No big, I'll just cancel the order and go to the other one.The app tells me to call the store to cancel. Annoying, but okay.*rings for two minutes*"Hello, this is so-and-so at Subway, how can I help you?""Hi, I placed a mobile order at this location, and now I see you're closed, so I'd like to cancel my order.""You're going to have to do that in the app.""I tried, the app told me to call this number.""Okay, hold on a minute. (Muffled yelling to another employee) Okay, she says you can come back in the morning and she'll make them for you then."I was too stunned to argue, so now I have to go back in the morning to get my sandwiches and my money back.

This is a wonderful Subway. The employees there are so nice and friendly. I work a few shops down and we eat here frequently. The employees have gone above and beyond to make sure our order is perfect.

Recieved poor customer from a clerk who wanted to call herself the manager when I requested to speak to a manager. I am sending abdetailed account to the Corporate Heaf Quarters. I made an effort to discuss the situation with the individual and she half heartedlt apologized and told me that if I needed ti contact corporate that I should. Why is it when my wife n I order two different sandwich's and still they mess up our sauces. I want creamy sriracha and never get it. I know they have it so why can I not get it when I order online this is the second time now I'm annoyed
