There was a mishap with the lady working messing up and not giving the right amount of anything. I’m contacted the owner and they made everything right!!! For the way they got back to me and made things right, we will be going back!!!

Pelicans use to be amazing one of the best places to get a snowball until they started giving out hard product after hard product! You wait for over five minutes just to get something that’s just as hard as Ice! And it’s EVERY TIME I haven’t gotten an actual soft product from pelicans since they opened it’s TERRIBLE everything is HARD

The first time I went it was so good!! The second time not so good. The only 2 people working looked like they were 16 or younger and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. There should be someone older there with more knowledge of how to run the business while younger employees are working.
