Best Dairy Queen never disappoints. My son always gets a blizzard, and this one was one of the best ones I've tasted. It was a chocolate, oreo, fudge blizzard and it was outstanding. I am more of a traditionalist and get a medium sundae with peanut butter, caramel and hot fudge. Absolutely delicious on a warm evening!

Yesterday morning I came in and had a pumpkin pie blizzard and miss Carmen was AMAZING! with her customer service she is a breath of fresh air will be back to this location need more service like hers

I visited this location drive-through and ordered a peanut buster parfait with sprinkle heath bar. The store worker didn't inform me there was an additional charge for add-ins. Then, I handed the attendant two 5 dollar bills, but she argued that I had only given her one 5 dollar bill. After I searched the car and outside of the car, she came back to the window and said she found it on the floor. My biggest issue is that the customer should be informed of additional charges if requesting add-ins.

Store looked dirty. When I walked in a party of 3 was getting their ice cream. I waited at least 5 min when a woman walked in and was served immediately ahead of me. After that, two more customers came in after me. The young woman behind the counter took my order and the order of the other two customers behind me. She then disappeared for close to 10 min, came back and gave the party who ordered after me their food. She then proceeded to prepare my order and at the same time prepared the order of the other customer who also ordered after me. When I finally got my order I told the young woman that I have been here at least 10 min and two people who walked in and ordered after me got their order before me. She then told me that I was only there 8 minutes (not counting the 5+ minutes I waited when I first got there where she served the woman who cut the line). I told her it didn't make a difference as she served the others who came in after me first. She then said to me that "yes it did make a difference". Terrible customer service and the ice cream toping tasted old to boot. Would have given zero stars but that was not an option.
The few times that I have gone there, they are usually sold out of the popular flavored blizzards :(

I have Always liked this DQ until today. While in the drive through lane the vehicle in front of me had a dog. The employee reached out and petted the dog and it licked her hand and she turned around without washing and got my food.
