Most of us know how far downhill service and food has gone since the pandemic at most restaurants, especially fast food. Thankfully neither seem to be true at this Taco Bell. I just stopped by to pick up a mobile order. When I pulled up to the drive through, I told them my name and my order popped up and it was accurate. I drove around and was greeted by courteous employees who fixed my drink and gave me my food.My order was 100% accurate and fresh. I didn't eat until I got home and even after the drive home it still tasted fresh.Thank you Taco Bell - a friend of the proletariat.

I went at about 11pm on 19FEB. The night crew was great. The tacos were loaded up pretty well (not normally something I see at other taco bells). I hadn't eaten in all day and a lot of other places were closed but this night crew was perfect. 10/10 to the whole shift.
By far the best customer service I have ever had at a Taco Bell! The food was great as well!

The food is almost always tasty but the time it takes to get an order seems to be getting longer and longer. They also don't encourage counter orders. Maybe a company thing but it's obvious they want the kiosk or mobile order to be for go

I went around after a long days of work for some tacos and was greeted pleasantly. After i change my mind on order of just tacos the gentleman was nice about the change and fulfilled my request for nachos and tacos. I left happy. Till after a short ride from the drive thru I noticed the tea wasn't sweet. I swiftly returned and with great pleasure they fulfilled my request with no fuss. I said all that to say this I went back around for a third time later in the night for more tacos and it was A1. Great attitudes great care with food and orders and hidden gem for the good ol southern sweet tea!
Drive-thru is extremely slow! It's 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night and I've been here for 10 minutes and I'm still waiting with the same people in front of me when I got here and now I have three people behind me! At this rate it'll take almost an hour before the last person gets through the drive-thru. I'm stuck in the line and can't get out I wish I could leave! By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever

We had an issue with a mobile order and we got charged, but said invalid payment method. They gave us a discount on our food because of it and were super nice as well as understanding!! Best service we’ve received in this area!

I stopped to have a late ( 1:30 -2:00 pm) lunch at Taco Bell, while there I seen a huge amount of school kids hanging out all over in the lobby. Taken up chairs that customer's like myself, an elderly couple and others that did order and seen what was happening. They left, the kids also missed up the drink station it was sticky all over and over ran and on the tile floor. The lobby had a leak from somewhere above in a location, it was designated with a wer floor sign. The only thing that helped the visit was the food. It was great and the location helps too. I won't be going back ...

Exceptionally bad food both in quality and quantity compared to other Taco Bell locations. Ordered "Build your Craving Box" - out of 4 items - 2 were missing (Bean burrito & Coffee missing) and 2 items were wrongly made. How stupid you have to mess up Cheesy Fiesta Potato !!!
