I highly suggest for the locals & visitors to call ahead to make sure they're well staffed. The had 2 servers running when we went, they brought people's food out that sat down after i did. It's a okay established place but they need better management with staffing & to allow a heads up with a sign or to let people know as they walk through the door "hey we're low staffed it may take a bit longer". I waited an hour & 30 minutes to receive my food but my main issue was people before me were getting their food before i was.

Used to love this place, it still has an appeal - but it has lost some of the appeal it used to have.
Came Saturday night for dinner and waited ten minutes before the host acknowledged us. Then when he attempted to seat us the waitress stopped him and told him she didn’t care where we sat but it wasn’t there. Completely unacceptable, we left and went somewhere else. Save yourself some time if you go here and just go somewhere else instead that cares about customer service.

The burger my wife got and the chicken sandwich I got were both steaming hot and delicious. Luckily, I like my bacon crispy. Because it was a little overdone, but I didn't mind much. Maybe I minded it just enough to mention. Still, 5 stars. Our server, Anna, was on the ball, and we wanted for nothing. Thanks, Anna and Chili's!!

Great location! Very clean and fast service , Tierra was a perfect server, and the food was great!! Honestly, fast food costs as much or more but can't even come close. Great job management and staff .
Horrible don't go!! Walked in. Waited for 5 minutes and no hostess or staff ever appeared. Seated ourselves at the bar area. Waited another 15 minutes and were NEVER approached or greeted. The staff we did see were goofing around and playing with one another. I went to the restroom and when I rounded the corner a young man (we think was the manger) was squatting on the ground waiting to scare another worker who was coming behind me. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Service in general has gone out the window and this is just a confirmation. Will not return.

They charged me 3 $$ dollars for a coke that was ice with water and a little coke, they charge you if you use the gaming tablet 2.33 $$, the food tastes good but with respect to the price and quantity the portions are miserable Serving for the first and last time in this chain. The floor of the premises is too dirty. I wouldn't recommend it, there are better places.

I lost my LANEIGE lip gloss and idk where it at but they didn’t go check frl and he was like yea we sweep bla bla AND I CALLED UP THERRE WHY IS HE NOT CHECKING IN THE TRASH CAN I payed 18$ for that? please refund me
