I loved this little spot for an afternoon lunch. I ordered the shrimp and grits which were delicious and others in our group ordered the fried chicken and soul food southern style veggies. A favorite was the meatloaf quesadilla. There’s so much flavor packed into this one with mac’n cheese and collards in the quesadilla along with the meatloaf. Talk about flavor! 😍😍😍

I was also able to meet Cheryl and her sister and learned about the foundation that encourages and motivates young people. What a great story and Cheryl is active in the community as well. She’s so inspiring and commendable.

Food great, service great, mac and cheese banging

The food at this place is outstanding!! We thoroughly enjoyed the fried chicken, fried pork chops, meatloaf and wings. The macaroni and cheese is some of the best that I’ve ever had. And the customer service was top tier!

The food was AMAZING! I was surprised to see no one came in while I dined in. I noticed the phone ringing multiple times and seemingly went unanswered so it's possible customers assume they're closed. I've went a few times during business hours and they were closed for various reasons so I hope that's not deterring anyone from trying to just pop in to eat! Definitely worth the trip if they're open!

The food is really good and the place looks really good they did a great job on that the only complaint would be the can drinks I am not a fan of that but they only charged $1.50 for them. Overall a nice place to eat and good southern meals I ordered the meatloaf, mac and cheese and green beans and ate almost all of it. The woman that waited on us was really nice too!

You'll be missing out on some delicious food and wonderful customer service if you don't check them out. Went during lunch for my first time, and exceeded expectations. I'm a sucker for soul food so I was excited to find a new place, but I couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was welcoming from the start and my mouth was watering as soon as we walked in. I had the meatloaf, greens and mashed potato's today and after that plate, I've decided to make a trip back once a week from here on out. The care and kindness we received from everyone there really made us feel like we were family. I can't say enough to brag on them. Thank you all and I will be back very soon!

We were treated with exceptional service as soon as we walked in the door. Server made us feel welcome and was very attentive. Food wait was very reasonable, and the flavor was spot on. Price is also very reasonable and the portion sizes were perfect and well worth the money. Would love to see this place get more recognition!
