McCall's BBQ & Seafood

Great salad bar, great dessert area, a touch limited on main dinner items, but the food was good overall. Generally crowded and a bit loud with the packed seating areas. But Jesus, the major safety issue is trying to go to the bathroom to wash your hands or use the toilet..... The floors are so damn slick it's like they dump the fry oil on the floor and push it down the drain to get rid of it, it's so slippery.

Food was really good. Kids supposed to get free buffet on Wednesdays according to the paper but I got charged. Other than that it was good. Definitely will go back

I’ve always enjoyed eating at McCall’s BBQ and seafood, 06/18/2025 but my recent visit left a lot to be desired due to the staff's unprofessional attitude. I arrived 7PM well before closing time at 8PM, yet several employees were loudly complaining about customers coming in close to 8 p.m. One employee even said he wasn’t going to refill the buffet bar, my glass of water was empty almost the entire time i was eating i actual had to my leave table an ask for a refill .which was frustrating and made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

On top of that, staff were telling customers that they could only get buffet to-go before 8 p.m., even though the restaurant was still open. It felt like they were trying to rush everyone out rather than provide a good dining experience.

I understand it’s the end of the day, but customers arriving before closing should still be treated with respect and offered full service. I hope management addresses these issues so the experience matches the reputation McCall’s has built over the years
