Food was great service could be better and people in the dining room. Could not keep off their speakerphone older people seem to love their speakerphones. This is not tolerate in a business setting, please. Advise your people to not use speakerphone in a restaurant. This is so rude

I only put a three for service because the young man who helped us out was very helpful. Everyone else seems to have an attitude.As it is a popular establishment with a long line.You would think they would have small menus for the employees outside to show customers.Especially customers who are traveling to the area , or just passing through. Who may have never been to this restaurant before.We were rushed through the line , and still didn't get a chance to look at the menu .We was also charged for three hash browns that we did not receive. Smdh.Food for thought, let's get some small menus. And let's work on the customer service skills. & Making sure the order is correct in the bag .Other than that food was decent .

I went to Biscuitville this morning with a large group. They handled an order for 8 people with no problem. The order was correct and came out fast and hot. The lady at the counter was patient with teenagers placing the order.
