The server started off okay but could tell she was not in a great mood. We came in around 8:30pm so plenty of time before closing. She was not attentive & had an attitude every time I had to ask for stuff that she forgot to bring to the table. Napkins, silverware, water, etc. my bf food was good but my shrimp & fries came out greasy & the fries were cold. I asked her to bring more & she said okay y’all she never brought them back so I asked for some of my meal to be comped once she came back to bring the check is when she finally remembered. The manager was nowhere to be found to help her employees as they were struggling thru the night. I would recommend going to any other chain restaurant besides this place because it’s a mess!

The Salmon was delicious but the rice was super hard and the broccoli was barely done. The curbside staff were very friendly but they need to do better with to go orders.

This restaurant is the biggest joke of Greensboro!!! Notice how often they have to hire people.... Nobody stays at this job because managers couldn't be more careless and unprofessional. They leave applicants hanging half way through interviewing. But of course nothing will be done and y'all will continue to lose business. It's not like the food is even good. I could make better food using expired items.Also you might consider teaching employees as well as managers basic social skills since all of you lack them.

Place was super busy, due to an AEW live event in town. We'd stopped in for a quick bite beforehand, and service did not disappoint. Server was friendly and attentive, food was the best I'd had at a Chili's in forever.

The food is absolutely amazing as always. Let me scratch that I had salty Buffalo strips a while back it was so salty that I had to ask for more in the second batch what's the saying so I just asked for my money back. But to say them say 98% of the time the food is amazing, the service is great the bartenders are amazing. If you are in need for lunch, especial if you work from home the food is done respectfully after calling in, and the food is amazing I ordered today and it was just amazing done properly.

My son had his birthday dinner there worse experience ever, we where there February 24, 2024,; we got a he wrong orders, food was not good, I ordered garlic Parmesan boneless wings they brought me buffalo, they were here hard as bricks. My cousin ordered bone in and she got boneless, my son wanted medium well he got a hard over cook steak, and he sent it back they brought it he same steak out to him we didnt want to cause a scene we all left. Now the ? that manager was cool but I hat kitchen to staff need to be fired smdh

Waitresses and hosts were very welcoming and pleasant... atmosphere seemed a mucky & dirty.....Quesadilla Salad was dry (meaning the quesadilla itself not the salad part)

They charged us for an extra meal. So we got our bill and paid for our food then was told that we had been charged for an extra meal. But the waitress ensured us that the first charge wouldn't process so we proceeded to pay the second bill minus the extra meal we never received. Fast forward to the next day we were charged for both tickets. So I paid for my meal as well as my partners meal twice and on top of that was charged for a meal I never received.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Chili's. We waited about an hour and a half to get our food. We called the manager over that shouldn't even be a manager. We told her that we haven't got our food and the people in the restaurant that ordered after us had already got their food. She went to check on our food and a server brought it our food out immediately. When we got our food it was cold. The manager acted like she didn't really care. She said she would have our order cooked over again. I told her I didn't want to wait another hour and a half to get our food. She gave us 30% off of our COLD food. She shouldn't have even charged us at all. By that time I was ready to leave. So we ended up taking our COLD food home and try to reheat it. Not good Customer Service.DO NOT GO TO CHILI'S ON GATECITY BLVD UNLESS YOU WANT COLD FOOD AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!???

My rating is based off of the last two visits. The first time (about two weeks ago) , our server was friendly. She stated her name and I definitely cannot spell it. Her name started with a "C." I wanted a Miller Lite and she asked for my ID so that she would not be in danger of losing her liquor license. I was annoyed at first, but my significant other shed some light on this issue. The food was okay. She had to leave and left us with Joe. I believe that was his name. Joe was phenomenal! Fast forward to this last visit, (a few days ago) Danielle was our server. There was no greeting from Danielle other than asking about drinks. I only knew her name was Danielle because she stated her name to the booth behind us. This made me upset that she acknowledged them but not us. I ordered a beer again and was not carded. The food was not good for me nor my significant other. We were not checked on regularly. Please show hospitality to your customers if you want them to return. I wish that mystery shoppers would return to restaurants. Lastly, both times we felt rushed to order. Stop rushing customers. Be better in if the cooks read the ticket my order was Cajun chicken pasta with Xtra Alfredo. My pasta was dry and nasty and cold ❄️ Honey chipotle ribs. Ribs had some different gross sauce on it.
