Went in today around 11:30 for brunch. We waited less than ten minutes to be seated. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive. We ordered the infamous million dollar bacon. In my opinion, it was good— but not quite worth the hype. My French toast was top notch! My party also ordered the plan and carrot cake pancakes. They enjoyed them! Will definitely add this to our rotation of breakfast spots.

I'm visiting my daughter from NY and we when to this place. when we was about to sit the waitress took the white lady over us, we were there first. We are Spanish and I felt discriminate I have never experienced this feeling in my whole life, when we was walking to our table my daughter ask the waitress why she took her before us and her answer was unacceptable. we sat got up and left. I'm mad of how business treat customers we are equal no matter of what religion race or color.

Placed an order through the app that was supposed to be ready at 12:36 PM at 1:06 PM. The order was still not ready. When they finally got it to us(it was sitting there the entire time) there was no concession or apologies. Extremely poor customer service and management.

First of all we love First Watch. Never had a bad experience. We also go to First Watch when traveling if there is a location. Today I met friends at the Wendover location. It was not busy or crowded. Our server took forever to bring out drinks. The order was not correct as well as the food being cold. The BLT sandwiches were ordered without eggs and came with eggs. They were taken back and we were told fresh sandwiches would be out shortly. Well the sandwiches were not redone the eggs were removed and served to us. You could see some of the eggs still in the sandwiches. Cold eggs and hashbrowns as well as toast not toasted were served to us. Not a good experience at all.

I worked here for over a year and everything was ok until new management stepped in. It appears they are discriminating against black female workers. We are being fired for reasons they are coming up with. The operational manager smokes on the premises. The other operational manager doesn't perform his job responsibilities. the new general manager doesn't speak to you unless you're a man. I worked my shift during my family member's death. I've had health issues and still came to work. I called in to announce I would be late and got there 37 minutes past my shift and was fired. Who dictates the timeframe of how late you are if you follow protocol and call in 2 hours before your shift? Doreen Fowlkes was allowed to leave and has been the strongest force on Eggs since I got there Lashae Barton was fired for arguing and the other person in the argument was still working. The conditions in the store are not that clean. They keep on the same gloves. the general manager doesn't wear a hair net with a ponytail down her back. They demoted our manager Charlie OConnell for a specific reason after being tattled on to upper management and the guy that told turned around and did the same thing. There have been times the dishwasher broke on shift and we were washing dishes by hand to serve food. So be cautious of where you pay good money to eat at. Look around sometimes at the floors and bathroom.
