I asked for sweet and low and was told “we don’t got none”. Who doesn’t have artificial sweetener? Food was room temperature and biscuit was hard as a brick. No worries of me coming back.

It was horrible. If I could give this KFC zero stars I would. I placed a family order. When I went to pick up my order, it wasn't ready. So I waited 20 minutes. My order came with biscuits. But they didn't have biscuits ready, so the guy at the counter stated they had dinner rolls. Well the dinner rolls ended up being the chicken sandwich bread. The Fries was old, cold, stale and taste like they have been sitting there all day. The 16 piece chicken was made with old chicken that was refried with new chicken that was just cooked. The reason I can tell it was old because of the color of the old and new chicken. Several pieces was dark brown color and there others were a golden crisp color. The corn was burnt and hard at the bottom and was covered up with newly cooked corn. And the green beans tasted like dish soap was added to it. The mash potatoes was questionable. My family and I ended up throwing the whole meal away and ordering pizza. This was a terrible experience. I wasted $55. I will never eat at this KFC again and will never recommend this to anyone. If you are thinking of eating here please do not. Stop and read this and run the other way

The chicken wasn't fresh at all. I told them I didn't want the biscuits. They gave them to me anyways. The manager had a bad attitude. She didn't smile or nothing she look at me like I was bothering her. This is my last time going to this KFC. I wasted my money.

I try my best not to leave bad reviews but this is necessary, as a handicapped veteran it’s shocking how bad customer service is! I told the cashier on the sign it says wraps but I don’t see them on the menu! She told me that they are not on the menu, what you see on the sign is what they have, she also told me they have three flavors! I asked what the flavors were and she said whatever the signs said! I didn’t tell her my eyes were blurry so I couldn’t see the different flavors, so I just said forget it and ordered something else! People it takes two seconds to be kind! It is your job to tell the customers what different wraps you have not point them to a sign! What if I couldn’t read and today I was having a migraine so I am sure that’s why my eyes were blurry! I have gone to this establishment for the last time because this particular individual is the same way ALL the time! KFC is not cheap, why are people so downright nasty! I will not spend my money in any establishment that treats customers like that!

Absolutely awful. The service was so poor. After paying for the order, I was asked to pull forward. I knew I was in trouble when I saw 4 other cars! The man bringing food out told me it was the biscuits holding things up and it would be another 3 minutes. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. When I got home, it got worse. The 2 biscuits I ordered were raw. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken, and 6 of them were legs, one piece I can't identify. It looked like some pieces had been fried twice; they were much darker. I had paid cash and didn't get a receipt so I have no recourse. $34 and I still didn't have food I would eat. I won't be back.

I had gone to two other KFC to get some chicken livers only to find that only 2 other locations are selling them. After driving about 15 minutes to get to one of these locations, I then had to wait 25 plus minutes more just to make the order and another 10 minutes to get the order. I wanted the livers, so I waited without too much grumbling. When I got home there was quite a bit of tiny pieces in my box. This is why I couldn't give KFC 5's.
was stuck in the drive thru line for 45 minutes on sunday with 4 cars ahead of me. When i finally got to the speaker it took 10 minutes before anyone took my order plus They didn’t tell me they were out of what i ordered until i was waiting at the pick up window for another 10 minutes. i feel like that’s something that needs to be mentioned as i’m ordering ? the girl at the window was nice but never apologized for the crazy wait time and never any explanation. FINALLY got my food and didn’t realize they gave me 2 pieces each of my two 4 piece boxes until i got home. wasn’t worth calling and wasting more time and gas to fix it. never coming to this KFC again.
