Everything was sticky, it took 30 min, but the food was solid and that’s what I went for. Takeout is probably the best option here.

Food was ok, but the environment has a smell and it over powers the restaurant and the food smell. It was rough. It’s probably the water pipes but it stinks. The floor was nasty and the tables were sticky. Staff was nice and friendly. Order take out to enjoy your food.

Beautiful Soul

My first time going so we were excited my husband and I..Got home and when we just looked at our food we knew it wasn't going to be good. It wasn't..The chicken was so hard and dry. The rice tasted two days old. I bought extra ginger and white sauce. I thought I would use the white sauce but it wasn't nothing but mayonnaise and sugar. He gave us his word that the food would be good. He volunteered himself to cook ours. We were very (disappointed) ?The restaurant was clean the workers was friendly but the food was awful.

Pickup time was at 6:25, for 3 sushi rolls. Order wasn't ready until 7:40. They wouldn't refund or partial refund the food. The excuse was " the manager not here and the man preparing the food is new". Then the sushi roll wasn't even prepared correctly. Very disappointed tonight, hopefully it just cause the manager wasn't there, cause it's normally always prepared correctly and with a short wait time.

Was told it'd be a 30 minute wait (but not till after I ordered), took over an hour. Lots of online pickups were complaining about the delay also. Food was okay, but not worth the wait

Employees & food is always awesome. Can get noodles instead of rice with no up charge. Clean and food is fixed fresh for you never cooked ahead of time and then heated up. ? Vegetarian options: Large variety of fresh veggies that can be cooked to order.

i come to kobe grill at least 3 times a month. it is my favorite hibachi spot in greensboro. prices with the portion sizes are great. since i am a regular customer here, i have fallen victim to some accidents that happened. one day i was eating my food to find a foreign object in my plate. it felt like a piece of brillo pad. i’m assuming this happened when they were cleaning the grill and didn’t notice it. i know it was an accident so i brushed it off and kept coming. then a couple weeks later, while eating my food i found a LONG piece of hair. at this point i’m kinda annoyed because this isn’t the first time i found something in my food. please be more careful in the kitchen. luckily doordash refunded me but i haven’t been back since. accidents happen but this isn’t the first time.

We've been eating for the past couple of years when we had that hibachi/sushi craving. The food always seems worsening every single time. Much smaller portions and sushi doesn't taste fresh. We're losing faith and probably won't be back.
