The online get in line ahead waiting system worked great! The hostess accommodated a seating change to a booth which was appreciated.My wife and I were in a hurry of sorts and ordered drinks and entrees immediately. The waitress was friendly and smiled. She had a neat appearance and was professional.Cesar salads and warm bread hit quickly and was fresh and tasty. The entrees pushed out in around 20 minutes. They were not too busy, so we expected a quick turnaround.My wife enjoyed her salmon and baked potato. I started on my loaded sweet potato which was awesome. The waitress did a very early check and everything was fine. However my Outlaw steak cooked medium was rare. It also was very fatty.I pushed through around a quarter until we flagged the waitress down and told her. At this point my wife was done. The waitress apologized and offered a refire which I turned down with being in a hurry. I also did not want the same fatty steak. We requested a bill.She quickly came back with the bill and offered us desert to go which we declined. She said the manager discounted my steak 25%. I was not going to complain, but the meat was overall poor quality, then add in undercooked. I was also disappointed the GM did not come to the table.A 2.5 seems fitting. I tipped 30% to make sure the waitress was taken care off due to the discount. Her mistake was checking in too quick, but then not again after the meat was cut. A GM visit to apologize would have bumped my review to a 3.I'm still a fan of the chain, but not rushing back. Such a shame.

First time back in about 2 years due to poor service / bad food then.Service started off bad / reception person got my phone number wrong so text that table was ready was missed!My wife ordered a filet / something was served that was about a half inch thick.When we co.plained it was not a filet wait person tried explain sometimes that happens!We refused it and 10 minutes later we got a filet AFTER I ate my steak before it got cold and tuff / NO OFFER TO KEEP MINE WARM OR TO GET ME ANOTHER WHEN THEY WOULD BRING MY WIFES REAL FILET.Sad to say service is typical because there is no management and servers today for the most part are totally indifferent !

We had a great meal tonight! Kelly our server was the best we have ever had hands down!!! Make sure to ask for Kelly and try the crusted parm chicken it is fantastic!

When I come to visit my mother we come to this location. This is my 2nd time bringing my mother here. Can’t say enough about the attention to detail, service and quality of food. I first chose this location based on reviews and once again I’m very pleased. Your team rocks! Keep up the amazing work and blessings to your staff!

I walk in to try Longhorn one more time it was pack on Sunday 3/10/24 the staff had no smiles everyone appeared to be unhappy or irritated broccoli was so salty my 9 piece tenders had only 7 tenders and ribs were not done my opinion but the bread was good and chives on potatoe not returning the staff seems mean and doesn't work together nobody washes their hands please tell them workers to at least act like they care Thank you

I don't like doing negative reviews, however, this is 3rd or 4th time ive tried to call and Noone answered the phone on multiple different occasions. I drove from close to Burlington all the way down hwy 70 and I reached thier location without them answering the phone. I would have been fine, but when I pulled up multiple employees were outside and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone helped me. I would have been ok with a message saying we are short staffed but to disregard the phones for so long is why I'm writing this review. Do better with phones please.

My experience at Longhorn was unfortunately subpar service. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, resulting in prolonged wait times. The lack of attentiveness and apparent disinterest in customer satisfaction left a notable negative impression on what could have otherwise been an enjoyable dining experience.

i never thought i would’ve had to write this. today i went in for a interview and had to wait for an hour. The hostess told me the manager was in a meeting so it would take longer than expected, once the meeting was over he told me i would get called. nope that took another 30 minutes, i finally had the courage to speak up to one of the workers and he ended up interviewing me. Mind you this was my second interview, my first interview was last friday and the guy told me to come back. Once i finally got “interviewed” i am informed that they gave someone else the job and he would reach out to me if there is space available. this was a waste of my time, they made me do all of that just for there to not be anymore positions. After this interview i realized this restaurant is very unorganized, it was very busy today and they overlooked me. When i finished my interview the worker offered me a free appetizer and drink, i waited on that for a while, mind you i was already frustrated with being there for 2 and a half hours. I ended up leaving and didn’t wait on the appetizer. This is one of my favorite restaurants and this was the first time i’ve ever experienced this bad of service.
