This McDonald's is close to me but by far it is one of the worst. Service sucks there's always something breaking down or they ran out of something it's always an issue with this McDonald's if you can find another McDonald's please go to it just bypass this one.

Used points with a mobile order for a Happy meal. They charged 1.17 just to add cheese to the burger. It's a 50c surcharge on the app. They also said they could not use the card on file for that 1.17. This has never been an issue before, unfortunately these employees seem to have no idea what is going on.

I eat breakfast at McDonald's almost daily. But not this store. And this is why. I ordered the same thing I order at every other one for breakfast. I order my pieces individually to take advantage of promo prices. The girl rang up my order as meals, increasing my purchase price from $12 to $15. When I asked her to correct it, I was told I was simply mistaken. If she had input the order the way I ordered it, it would have saved me money.

If you are hearing impaired, some of the employees at pickup window could care less and if you ask if double cheeseburger has Sesame Seeds on it, don't expect pickup window employee to know. They don't care if you have dietary restrictions. Last visit at this McDonalds. Shame, used to like this location. Bad for business.

Very rude I sat at the speaker at 12:50a.m. because their time on Google says 24/7, we don't eat out all the time so I did not know their tike changed we were waiting to get our order taken for 30 minutes today. Drove to the window and the manager stood there look at me and continued to do whatever he was doing. Another employee came to the window after 15 minutes and said they closed at 1a.m. but I was definitely there before one then. It just upsets that they let me sit there and didn't say anything in the speaker even though they saw me on the camera and ignored me when I came to the window.
I just stopped to get coffee before work and they aren’t open are they not 24hrs anymore?

If I could pose zero Stars I would right now I did a mobile order at 4:50 they took my order took my money yet the store is not open so I drive to another store they know my name they see the code but they don't know what I ordered so I have to sit another 10 minutes after driving all the way across town to get what I ordered this app needs to upgrade I feel like at the store takes your money and says it's open and take your order then it should be open you shouldn't have to drive across town to another McDonald's for them to tell you can't get your food when you placed your order 25 minutes ago

This McDonald’s needs a complete overhaul. Employees act like they’re forced to work there. They messed up our order twice while waiting 20 mins in line. They forgot our fries and told us to wrap around in line again. Like dude hell no, at this point fries should just be free. What kind of r tard is managing or hiring the people.
