This place is absolutely fantastic and probably every sweet tooth / health conscious person's dream. If you decide to go, get the Fruity Pebbles Shake! I watched them put actually strawberries in and it tastes just like my childhood but there's a nice kick of actual fruity flavor. The interesting part was they didn't use any cereal or thick syrups or anything like that which I usually see in most shake places. My kids like to get the wedding cake shake and banana cream pie delight. Normally I wouldn't let them drink desserts, but the ingredients used here are really healthy and they make sure to keep the calories for any large shake at around 200. After my few visits I can definitely see why people go there every day.

I was someone who could down a whole pizza in one sitting, then snack all day long afterward, plus go out to eat later. But I wasn't overweight so I thought “well my metabolism will keep me healthy.†Long story short I was wrong and stumbled upon this shake shop. Being completely honest, I didn't really have high expectations going in at first. I just thought it'd either taste bad or not fill me up. Boy was I wrong! These shakes literally taste just as good as (some even better than) restaurant shakes! And the flavors are literally endless. The shop is family run and the son is in nursing or medical school (I forgot which), but he's very knowledgeable about the human body and what shakes will work best for you based on your lifestyle. It always amazes me to hear him explain every little scientific detail to me rather than simply saying “it's healthy for you.†He gave me some advice on what to order and which workouts to do at home and ever since then I've had lower blood pressure! No meds or anything! This place really is Heaven sent

On a recent morning when looking for a healthy breakfast in Greensboro I arrived here. The place is certainly no frills, just a few tables and is decorated like a weight loss center. I got a smoothie, which came with a choice of health shot and a tea, which isn't a bad deal at all. The sheer number of choices they have here is mildly overwhelming but as long as you've got an idea before you come in or ask the girl at the counter for her favorite it's not bad. I enjoyed the smoothie and tea from here and would definitely return. I wish this place had smoothie bowls - would take it to the next level.
