I ordered takeaway online from this Panda Express branch twice in total. The food was very tasty and ready absolutely on time. The portions are reasonable and the prices are okay. I would definitely order here again next time I'm in Greensboro.

You don't get alot of food for your money. The food has not always been fresh when we have gone here. We have had to wait for chow mein to be made or an entree that we want. The dining room don't always have a clean table due to the busyness of their day.

Pandas drink machine inside had watered down everything. Employees claimed the soda mixer was full. I saw 5 other people having same problem after me. I asked for refund on drink they said they couldn't give refund on the drink.The meal overall was good until they sold me a drink that they couldn't deliver. I'm not coming back again to this location. I'll take my money where it's respected. No respect panda not cool!

I ordered via the mobile app and went through the drive thru to pick up. The service was good and fast, however the food was not cooked. Specifically the Black Pepper Chicken was not cooked properly and was gummy. The rice was bland also. I was quite disappointed for the price paid. Yet, again the service was good.

This place is really well done and really cute, I appreciate the cute design and well on tasked workers, they get paid well and are always doing their jobs well on point and where they're supposed to be, they're also really friendly, bubbly, and quick on their toes to get everyone taken without waiting long! The food is fresh and nice and warm, also delicious! I got the classic Orange Chicken and it made me feel good and it made so much flavor burst into my mouth! The soda/drink machines are really freshly put in and cleaned out well at reasonable times like supposed to unlike other places mostly just not cleaning it well throwing it all in or not changing it, also the tea is really good too! The Manager is on point and gets to customers really fast when needed for a question or something else is needed for. My Daughters school Noble Academy orders their food as well for delivery for the kids to enjoy if they purchase food every Thursday! They all love it so much as well as the Teachers.. The Bathrooms both male and women, are really small but also really clean and cute!! The rice is perfect.. I gobbled it all up so fast which also felt good, also not to mention the fact that the Manager named Nykelia is a team player!! She was helping out her workers really well at all times we were here! I would definitely come here again definitely recommend for a quick yummy Chinese Meal!Vegetarian options: Fresh VegetablesParking: There is always enough parking because a lot of people take out here!Kid-friendliness: Bubbly friendly staff who talk really nice to you and don't get mad or annoyed at all, they love seeing kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Enough space and parking spots for it..

Get the order right the first time. Everything is already made, it shouldn't be that hard to transfer to the bowl/container/plate. For the price, I expect a hefty portion of chicken. Stop loading the bowls with rice and adding chicken as a topping. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes waiting to get help when there was 8 employees in there doing nothing but looking at me stand and wait patiently.

When they say they close at 10pm that’s a bunch of bull. At I went there before 9:30 and they only served 3 items of the menu because they’re closing. What a bunch of lazy people. Might as well close at 9:00pm. What’s the point of staying open till 10:00 if you’re not going to serve food? Sad excuse for the so called working people in at that location.
