The service wasn’t terrible, but it could have been a lot better. Our waitress brought our check then disappeared for a solid 10 min. All we wanted to do was pay our coin & get a little to-go drink. We weren’t a rude table at all. But that wasn’t the main issue. The food was trash & I mean trash. It took them 20 minutes to bring me a burnt fajita. It was gross. That was my first and last time patronizing that establishment & I hate that for them bc I love spending money on food.

Located in the shopping center of Friendly, it was right there. Never knew it was actually there until my friend told me about it. I was able to check out the menu, and there's so much to choose from! Especially margaritas ? that's always a plus for me! I had a good time there with my family and friends who joined me that night. Food came out all at one time. Drinks were served, and they got refills on water when we were getting halfway. I love it how you can just go around and boom the restaurant was right there. The atmosphere was good. Interesting with the seating areas. I'll be back for more next time!

This was my first time ever ordering from poblano’s. I expected it to be very good because one of my coworkers ordered and her food looked very delicious but for me was the complete opposite I had ordered online and decided to go pick it up when I got my food it was super cold and the broth is like not even a lot. Another thing I noticed was that the price is not meant for that food and the tastes like nothing no flavor just bland.

Ordered Chimichangas through Uber Eats. They were cold but that is Uber's fault. The problem we had is they were not fried, at all. It was basically two small burritos with some melted cheese in top. A traditional Chimichanga is fried and has a brown appearance. Both were white with no signs of being fried at all.

The waitress said 'I can't we don't you can't order from that' we'll do you have senior menu? No.Ordered from regular menu. One Crunch beef taco and rice. And I ordered a steak quesadilla with rice no Pico no quac.Took a while to get drinks and food.Said had to change out the soda.Food comes out.... one SOFT taco with rice... and mine was chicken and veggies- no tortilla no cheese. And rice.It was not overly crowded but our service was less than par.

My son and I waited over 10 mins just for someone to greet us. Server finally stops by to tell us he will be right with us only to come by and ask for our drinks. I told him we were ready to order. Server does apologize because he didn’t know we were out here. He the. States I will have them cook right away.He brings my cheese dip that I ordered but no drinks. We wait 10 more mins or so before I told him we still didn’t have drinks. He proceeds to get the drinks but he comes back with a water for me. Apparently he didn’t write my drink down because he says he didn’t see a drink on the ticket so he ask me what fountain drink did I order. He got an attitude with me after I asked him what was going on today. He says with a nasty attitude “ I’m busy.. that’s what’s wrong with” . Very disappointed because I do eat here very often but after today I’m not sure we will be back.

Did not include my salad. Had to go back. Once home, realized I didn’t get what I ordered & paid for. Poorly run and poor customer service. Will not go back.

Under new management? Maybe. But it is no longer our go-to local Mexican.The servers are not attentive, the managers are actually mean and rude. The food... was not even available.We spent $0 .While there we learned that the owner had a BRILLIANT idea to remove all vegetarian items off the menu. With every single item that we typically get gone, we had to ask the waitress to call a manager and request for them to make us something that was no longer available. First we had to discribe the menu item as if they've never made it before and then we waited for them to approve making it for an upcharge. Eventually we just left. Poblano's is no longer a place for vegetarians. They don't even offer the side menu items like cheese quesadilla or rice. Too bad!Vegetarian options: Non-existent. Vegetarians are not welcome. There is an upcharge for removing the meat from any menu item.
