I’m visiting from Philadelphia n I love Qdoba but this location is terrible the steak doesn’t even taste like steak unless I got the wrong meat the rice is soggy. I always do the a la carte it supposed to be 3 ingredients. Once I go check out he charges me for regular bowls n burritos even tho I told him ahead of time I was doing the a la carte he ends up calling someone on the phone to confirm, he then proceeds to say they don’t do a la carte that’s it’s only supposed to be 2 ingredients and that i had more I only had rice steak n cheese and all of a sudden they don’t do a la carte that’s odd every location does it. My gf didn’t even eat her bowl because the steak was disgusting as well as the rice I wish we asked for a refund before we left because she didn’t even eat her food just 3-4 bites and the food made her loose her appetite and made her nauseous wasted over $50 here never again maybe the other location is better. Maybe there’s a reason this place was empty

I never write a bad review of a place, but this time I have to. I ordered online, came to pickup my order. When you enter the restaurant it smells terrible. Like old carpet in a restaurant that hasnt been cleaned in years. I went to the bathroom before picking up my order and only one stall was available. The door was secured to a 2x4 and doesn't latch. The bathroom was gross, clear evidence of old fecal matter on the wall behind the toilet. The floors of the entire restaurant were coated in mop water grime like the dirty water had been flung up the walls and never cleaned and the mop heads were never swapped out. The floors certainly havent been scrubbed in a very long time.The staff were in our limited interaction.Again, I dont write bad reviews. I'm not super picky. I have worked on trash trucks and eaten next to them and was fine. But the smell of this place didnt leave my nose for 45 minutes after I left and the conditions I saw made me hesitant to eat my food.I visited this place several months ago and it wasnt this bad. I hope they can pick it up.

Since day one I have enjoyed the food. The staff is friendly and professional. I visit this establishment 1 to 3 times a week especially after working out at the gym. I also enjoy the app and the perks it has to offer. I will continue to visit this establishment until further notice.
