I went to try one of the smoothie bowls and I had great customer service. Ayushi provided great help for me to get the best out of the visit. The bowl was delicious and I was very satisfied with the experience.

I was here this morning (Saturday) the sign says it opens at 8am… I waited until 815 no one ever came in or opened the shop. Lights were out the whole time. No sign stating they would open late or would be closed today. 3 other vehicles came and tried to go in too. Yall lost customers. 0/5 stars.

I’ve always had a great experience here until today. It’s clear the workers are not being trained on food safety, and now their 90% sanitation rating makes sense. As I walked in to order my acai bowl I witnessed their worker mistakenly drop the peanut butter bottle in the trash, which is okay mistakes happen. The unokay part was that she proceeded to take said bottle out of the trash rinse it for no more than 5 seconds and reuse it on a customers bowl. She didn’t even wash her hands before proceeding to make the bowl after digging in the trash ? I got their manger’s contact information and will definitely be giving Gabe a call. That was very disgusting and unsanitary and that particular worker got an attitude with me when I told her that the bottle should’ve stayed in the trash.

I've been coming here consistently for 3+ years and this location used to be solid. However, the last five smoothies I've had taste more like powder than anything else. Also, they always short on peanut butter! Not sure if they've changed management, but it's just not the same anymore.

The smoothies are amazing the customer service was not. The worker got upset when I asked for extra peanut butter, and I had paid the up charge for it. I wonder why my peanut butter habits upset her so much.

Friendly staff. Took the time to explain the difference in the bases offered. I added to my bowl which caused it to be more full than normal and the young man put my additional granola that was supposed to go on my bowl in a cup which I really appreciated. It tastes good. I'm not a huge fan of the granola used but other than that it's good. I'll definitely get another one but will use my own granola.
