Our orders were all completely incorrect worse service I've ever had took almost 45ons to get to window to pay and then another 10ins or so pulled up even more waiting..Brought out food only to find missing our burger French fries and sweet tea ! Experience was so bad couldn't even get myself to go n there to let them know they messed it up so bad

I had to send my burger back—there was a thick hair in it and it was also made incorrectly. The server was nice, but she didn't bring all my change back, even after I told her. They also didn't give us one of the drinks we ordered. It was a birthday lunch for one of my kids, so it wasn't a pleasant visit. A one-and-only visit.

First sweet tea left off order, hamburger was ordered w/o cheese, had cheese plus a hair. This was quickly taken care of with new hamburger and extra order of large tots. Still no sweet tea. Food was hot and serve quickly. Taste was not great but what you would expect of fast food.

I always go around the night shift. The staff there are SUPER friendly, food comes out at a great time (only have to wait for cheddar peppers cause its a fried food) whoever runs the drive thru deserves a raise! .Ms

I rarely go to this location due to how horribly the prepare their hotdogs. But i tried to give them another chance. Now that i have my food I see that my hotdog is once again my cooked. It’s cold to the touch and super pale. Another thing the the service was horrible. As we prepared to order the man on the intercom rudely rushed us to order. Then when we informed him that it was going to be more than one order he immediately blurted out “negative” and decided not to take our order. After we then decided to just go inside. The lady that took our order was so kind that we forgot about the whole incident. But as we order the man in the intercom continued to give us a rude glare. We still ignored him because of how sweet the lady was. We can’t remember her name but her name tag stated that she was a “mix master”(?).

Stop by Sonic this afternoon, and it was the sorriest experience I’ve ever had from beginning to end. The parking lot was completely empty. There was trash all over the parking lot trash cans literally over flowing, and the person taking out order was very short and snippy. Ordered the chicken sandwich combo with no lettuce and onion rings, and the chili cheese coney with tots and an ordered of tossed chicken bites with ranch. Pull around to pay and again the girl taking our money seemed to be mad at the world, then when handing us our ordered said “Here” we pull over to eat it and instantly notice the chili cheese coney wasn’t even hot the cheese had not even melted, and looked at the weenie and it was burnt to an absolute crisp, looked like beef jerky. Open my chicken sandwich to find lettuce on it, and my onion rings has obviously just been heated up because the breading was falling off and they were soft and mushy. Our tossed chicken was chicken with buffalo sauce just barely drizzled on it. Now mind you, we paid over $28 for this food and the only thing that got are were the tots everything else was tossed. Never been so disappointed in my life!
