The staff does not help customers as their first priority. I went in with my partner and were picking up an online order for my roommate and they kept telling us they "didn't receive the order on their end" despite us having proof that the order was placed. The two employees there ignored us for most of a 10 minute wait until we showed them proof of the money leaving my roommate's account where they finally made her order.The other times we went were mediocre at best, the yogurt is good when the machines are working and filled which is not often, but that's all the store has going for it. It's almost always dirty and the employees do not care about sanitation or helping customers.

Entered the shop with a desire to sample two different chocolates. When I requested a sample cup from the girl, she couldn't hear me due to being on the phone with her earpiece. Despite her initial refusal, another employee overheard and suggested I put some in a cup using a spoon. While this worker was kind, both of them seemed less than enthusiastic about their roles. The cost of $21 for a cup and a "shake," which I had to request blending for, didn't seem justified. The previous night, I visited a competitor and spent $8.00 on two medium cups of frozen yogurt. Not what I was expecting at all. Seemed a little dirty/run down.

I stopped by sweet frogs to enjoy the yogurt and toppings on the bar, until I looked up and saw the employee digging in his nose over the toppings bar. Very disgusting and unsanitary.
It's the best sweatshop for kids I get paid 5$ an hour and if u don't work fast enough u get whipped but I love sweetfrog and they let u have sex

Great food and friendly service but it always looks just a little too messy. I understand that people make a sticky mess with froyo and all of those toppings, but please just accept that and hire somebody to clean and wipe tables.
