The employees have really bad attitudes trying to tell somebody to calm down and yell at them! You calm down!

If I could leave no stars I would I came to this location on 12-15-2023 around 2:30pm ordered 2 $5 cravings boxes made special ways to get home and at work to find that my chalupas weren't chalupas they were gorditas 1 box was supposed to be made with no cheese and no beans but had both on it the 2nd box was supposed to have no sour or tomatoes or beans but add onions but only one of the 3 items had onions on them and the burrito had beans and sour on it I called spoke to manager Christie she apologized for the inconvenience and said I could come back and they would replace the order jus tell them her name so when I arrived around 940 pm the manager on duty as well as the employees had attitudes from hell talking bout they had to call Christie bc it was a big order when it was an $11 order told them wat the problem was and they still made the food wrong didn't want to give me my cups for my drinks stated was the drinks wrong too I stated the whole order was supposed to be replaced and walked away when i could have went completely off bc my boxes were shoved across the counter at me customer service is not presented with those employees

I've ordered through Uber eats twice this week. I didn't get any sauces. Everything was cold and thrown together. One of the orders was missing a chalupa, which was the item I placed the order to get.

I have extremely low expectations when it comes to Taco Bell which is why I barely read Yelp reviews when picking a location, but I am absolutely never coming back to this one. I ordered on the touchscreen thing in the restaurant and specifically took off every single version of cheese on my burrito. I then had my boyfriend go up and the worker if they had coffee in which they said no, the machine is broken. She then asked him if cheese was okay on the burrito in which he said no. I was sitting about 3 feet away and heard this conversation very clearly. When I unwrapped the burrito, of course it had every single version of cheese on it. I went up and told them I said no cheese in which the lady responded "I just asked him and he said cheese was okay." I said, no he didn't, I remove cheese in every single meal I get because I hate cheese. She then decided to pick an argument and say he absolutely did say yes to cheese on the inside and he said no to cheese on the outside which is literally not what happened at all. I don't understand what is the point of picking and argument and why even ask him about the cheese when 1) he is not the one who ordered the food and 2) you literally have a ticket that says what I ordered. I understand miscommunication happens when there's modifications on the food which is why I ordered on the touchscreen. It's not my fault if you're too lazy to read the ticket correctly. This lady spent more time arguing with me than she did making the correct burrito. I then heard her telling her coworker 2 feet away from me that I was lying and my boyfriend did say yes to cheese. She was acting like I had highly inconvenienced her when there was nobody else in the restaurant or at the drive-thru and it took her about a minute to remake it. Clearly someone needs to tell her the customer is always right because you can't stand there and tell me I ordered cheese. How about instead of arguing with customers you say "sure I'll remake that for you" instead of wasting your breath fighting with someone over a goddamn burrito. Not coming back here again.
