I always use the mobile app and i've come at late as 12am and food and customer service is always fantastic. This location cares about their customers so long as you treat them well. Keep it up!
I will often drive the extra distance to come to this particular location. They're always on point. But this is the first opportunity I've arrived early enough to enjoy a meal in the lobby. I loved that even though I chose to place my order at the kiosk, the employee handed me my drink cup. At so many places you have to wait until your orders handed to you and then ask them for the cup. Friendly staff speedy and considering it's dinner time the line for the drive-thru outside is not very long because it's moving so quickly. Keep up the great work guys.

They will rob you! I ordered some food and 2 drinks separately. When they were out of the flavors I ordered I told them I didn't want any drinks than. What did they do? They still charged me for them even though I told them I didn't want any drinks if they were out of the flavors. Stay clear! Dont come her unless you want to give your money away.

Service at this location is always "meh" but tonight took the cake: I was parked for 45 min, slushie was melted by the time I got my cold food, and in between me getting my drinks and food (which was missing an entire order of fries and the one order they did provide wasn't even close to HALF an order), they managed to shut off the slushie machine for the particular flavor I ordered and wanted me to wait even longer to get a replacement, which definitely wasn't happening.I'm a very patient customer, but when I order via the app to avoid this type of headache, I DEFINITELY don't expect to be parked (with 5+ other cars) only to wait close to an hour to receive cold food. Save yourself the headache and go it ANY other location in Greensboro

Ordered through the app, when I pulled up, they told me they were out of beef. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to do it through the app. Pulled up my order on my phone hoping to just cancel it, but instead they marked it complete so I was unable to do so. I've contacted them three times with no response trying to get my money back.
