The W Bistro & Bar Downtown

Excellent customer service! Our Bartender, Curtis, was very knowledgeable and made a terrific cocktail. The food was very good and the atmosphere was laid back. When went on a Sunday afternoon and will definitely be returning.

Last night 02/19/20 was my 1st time going to the W for open mic night & I really enjoyed myself. The music & vibe was really on point. I enjoyed the drama free atmosphere & the drinks were good but no drink specials. I didn't order any food but my friends did & they didn't complain. I would recommend this place to others when visiting downtown Greensboro, NC. Years ago I attended a wedding there & it was a beautiful wedding that occurred during the spring time. This place has a cool vibe and plays great music, but EAT BEFORE YOU COME. We ordered a burger and nachos, which shouldn’t be hard to mess up. They brought us a medium rare burger twice, when my fiancée specifically asked for her burger to be well done. Then my loaded nachos were cold and nasty, the chicken was not seasoned, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The manager was very nice and professional; and refunded our money. I might be back, but only for drinks and music.
