The worst location I’ve ever been to. Manager was very rude, I asked for a retired smoothie that I get all the time. She was like oh we can’t make that and then walked off as I was still talking to her. Not only did she walk off but she ignored me after that and refused to talk to me. I left and went to another location down the road and they were wonderful and I got the smoothie I asked for. If you’re looking for great customer service do not go to this location!

Ordered while at work and I accidentally hit ‘Pick up’ instead of ‘Delivery’. I immediately called and apologized and they said it was no big deal and they’d refund me the money since it was going to be too late to choose delivery. For a month or more I tried to get my money back and every time I was told the manager would call or email me. Neither happened (yes I checked spam). Even when I’ve wanted a healthy option or smoothie from Tropical Smoothie I never order from here, which means I order from another restaurant altogether, since this is close to where I work at. Choose somewhere else to go like a different location or Smoothie King.

If you want a healthier option, than fast-food, for not a bad price. There food is amazing, an the smoothies obviously. Have tried 4 different ones this week, from different locations around the triad! All were great!

This location is the absolute worst in the city. I live in south greensboro and will drive to north battleground to get a smoothie before ever coming to this location again! I recieved a beach bum that had so many ice chunks and kale stalks that wouldn't fit through the straw that I couldn't even drink my smoothie... if I wasn't in such a hurry I would have returned to the store and made them remake it.... this location has repeatedly provided lackluster service and quality... I've learned my lesson and will not ever go back. The employees need to learn how to make smoothies and not icees.

this place is nasty AND HAS ROACHES !!! they should hire more roaches than actual people because it seems like the roaches do more and are way nicer than the actual current staff

I am here every single day and am very disappointed when i was waiting for my drink 2 employees 1 in particular was standing there not making my drink and also was making fun of my name as i was standing behind her, at this tropical smoothie you come for a smoothie but you also get bullied while waiting and they get paid for it.
? Yum. I've tried a couple of smoothies so far and they were delicious and refreshing. I didn't know they also serve healthy panini, wraps, sandwiches and salad's. I look forward to trying the food.

This is the worse place to go, every single time they mess up my order and the ladies are soooo rude, there's this African American girl that has long braids, I told her my order was wrong she just ignored me and turned around and kept working on other orders, now I have to take this smoothie that has bananas and it's not even my order. She's been so rude to everyone that was before me and her face and they way she throws the drinks is horrible. Please avoid this place the ambiance is so bad. You go in there and the energy is so negative everyone with angry faces. I'm not sure if it's because they're being mistreated by their boss but it has to chance. It's been like this for a long time.

I wish i had saw the reviews first i would've never came in here, got all these rude teenagers don't even greet people she just stood infront of me looking like I'm bothering her, plus i saw a girl Packaging peanut butter out in the open with no gloves on really nasty!
