Zaxbys has really fallen far it seems. Was super excited as I haven't been to one in a few years. Turns out they have removed like a dozen things from the menu including my fav item - the chips. So I decided to get a delicious zalad instead. Nope it sucked. Barely any dressing options, chicken is mid. I should have gone to subway :/

Overpriced, employees unfriendly and obviously miserable. Tiny chicken fingers with a very small portion of undercooked fries for $10. I wont go back. Management does NOT care. Treats you like you're unreasonable for complaining about the above average priced poor quality.

I wanted to send a private message rather than post publicly but you can't do that without a survey code. I threw everything away.In a nutshell - the Zaxby's employee didn't listen to my order, didn't know the menu, didn't include what I asked for in my order (ketchup), and didn't include a fork to eat the coleslaw. Other than that, the order was perfect.I quit going to this location a year ago because they always got my order wrong. It appears that nothing has changed.

I used to really like this location. As of late, there's a young lady in the drive through with so much attitude. She even commented and joked how pointless it was for me to just get a sandwich when I should've gotten a meal. Every time she's there, I'm guaranteed to have cold, hard food. I used to go at least once a week. Haven't been in 3 weeks. Don't think I'm ever going back.
First off let me just say I love the boneless barbecue chicken wings the dish I order every time but unfortunately 65% of the time the wings are over cooked, dry, and inedible so it's hard to keep going back paying 23$ for sub par food a bit over half the time I visit this location, and I understand that its technically classified as fast food but have so decency and self respect for cooking the food you sell for that price. I probably will not come back to this location until they shape up, if only the staff would stop using this job as their playground and put out some quality food.

i came by yesterday and there was this nice lady taking my order she was so sweet and asked me how how i was feeling she had a grey jacket and dark hair. i have never experienced a worker like this, it made my day.

Ordered via the app & once we arrived the food was still being prepared. The manager was super nice and provided excellent service not only to me but to all that he encountered. The food was fresh and hot! The tea was made with just the right amount of sugar! Oh so refreshing. The restaurant was clean and restrooms were also clean & well stocked.
The service is good but the food isn't good. The last few time I went there my order was wrong and the food seemed old especially the toast...the coleslaw was room temp. The inside especially the soda machine could use a deep clean.
