Have not been to Denny’s in over 2 years. Decided to give it a try again. We were pleasantly surprised in the changes. All new staff and management. Our waiter Jackson was amazing!

I always order a t bone steak, It was so tough and overdone, no juice at all. It's normally good , not today and I hate when I pay for something and don't get what I ordered. Uggg. But hopefully it won't happen again

My husband and I are regulars at Denny’s in Greenville. Since we started coming we have noticed how the service had slowed and they were always short of help. You could feel the stress or tension in the air. No matter how busy there was a waitress that was always pleasant “Tye” she made us feel welcome and her attitude was impeccable. Today we visited and noticed a huge change in the entire place. The entire atmosphere was better. We could feel the warmth and welcome and the service was on point. I asked and found there is a new General Manager on duty. AWESOME CHANGE!!!

Went to Dennys last night , waited 5 mins to get sat in an empty restaurant. There were only 3 tables including us. Noticed it was one cook and one server. The cook seemed to not want to be there. He took his time with the orders was very rude to the server and our food was nasty. We ordered two appetizers the first one took 30 mins to come out and our main dishes came out before our second appetizer did. No manger was on duty that we could speak to. The only nice person working that night was our server which we felt bad for. Our food eventually came out and it was nasty and cold. The cook ended up leaving so we couldn’t get anything re made. This experience was very unorganized and should not have happened if manger and other staff was working that night.

This place is a JOKE! Ordered 4 plates to go an employee went to pick up and waited over 45 minutes, to find out that the order had been made and sitting there. Then the Take out employee and the Head waitress got in an argument over who screwed up. Anyway after ordering @ 9:30am we got our order @ 10:30am. And we all got to enjoy our COLD INCOMPLETE orders. We called this store 3 times during this waiting period only to be put on hold and then dropped call. Well if your looking a Great place to start your day with a good hot meal and great service DON"T GO TO DENNY"S on Memorial Drive, Greenville NC Thanks for wasting one hour of our lives!!!!!! Stopped in for a quick dinner a few nights ago and had a wonderful experience. There was no wait, the food was great and we were eating shortly after placing our orders. The Manager Odell was wonderful and made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely be back!!

You aren't going to get a meal that wins Michelin stars. But you'll get great service and great value. This location is one of the best.
We had a good experience. The waiter Jaxon was awesome! High energy, great attitude, prompt service. The manager Rachel treated the employees with respect. It was a relaxed, happy atmosphere. We waited a little while for the food, but was well worth the wait. The food was wonderful! We are visiting from out of town, but if we have a chance will definitely go again!

My server Beyonce was great. My food was delicious and I love the up beat attitudes. Everyone looked so happy. Also the women room is clean. That is a big plus for me. I would recommend Denny's to anyone.
