I had stopped going to Red Lobster because they stopped carrying fried flounder, but I found out they just started back carrying it and I love it. We always get to go and order through the app. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The food is always hot and I can tell its fresh.Food: 5/5

I'm not sure why my order would take an additional hour to be delivered.
All the food was cold.
I've just recently started with Grub Hub and I'm disappointed. If you are going to provide delivery times on you site; then you should abide by them.
An hour late is just not acceptable to people who are on job timelines.

There are 3 people that will make you have the best customer service experience ever. Experiencing these 3 individuals will is the reason I come 3x a week. Clara, kia, and Brandon will make sure your food, drinks, and atmosphere is up to your standards. I really wish I had their gift. Their attitude is why I’m a regular. There professionalism is so addictive. You will not be disappointed if you ask for those 3.

Ordered biscuits online. Did curbside pickup. Got to the restaurant a little early. Checked in as instructed. Got a text that food was ready and coming out. Food didn’t come out. I waited 12 minutes pass the text and had to call to get my order.
We did a curbside pickup. We got a text that said be there at 7 so we got there between 645 and 650. We texted 'HERE' as per instructions in the text. And immediately received a text back saying our order was on the way. 15 minutes go by and we call because our order that was "on the way" had not shown up. The lady who picked up the phone though she was really nice, she said the app doesn't tell them that we are here and we needed to wait another 5 to 7 minutes for our order to be done. The food was hot and tasted amazing. The experience would cause me not to return.

I will order roasted brussel sprouts again.Vegetarian options: Well listed. Pesca, veggie and ketoWheelchair accessibility: Areas are well lkit. Doorways are wide. Most of restaurant is one floor.

Went to the Greenville NC Red Lobster on Valentines Day. Even though it was crowded, we were seated promptly. Our server Kristen was THE BEST! So friendly, professional and attentive. The food was hot and fresh. Great dining experience!
