Music was a little loud at times, but the food was fantastic. The atmosphere was great and upbeat. The appetizers (blooming onion and rolls with cinnamon butter) were so delicious! Get there early, especially if you might have a crowd with you. We went to visit this location last week. It felt like we were in a club with babies. Between the children scream the people talking with outside voice and the MUSIC was blasting. I even said something to our waitress (who could barely hear us to take our order) regarding how loud the music was and all she did was apologize. The food isn't worth that. We weren't able to talk to each other across the table during our meal it was so loud.Texas Roadhouse Chief Financial Officer Chris Monroe confirmed a 2.2% menu price hike, which was set to take effect at all Texas Roadhouse locations by the end of March. It was the company's third price hike, with a 2.2% hike implemented in April of 2023 and a second 2.7% hike implemented in October of 2023.

FIRST & definitely LAST time going to this place, the hostess , waitress, and manager was RUDE! Waited forever for our food and most of it was COLD! The ribeye I ordered was PINK ? & music so loud we couldn’t hear at our table nor could we hear the waitress and she couldn’t hear us either! Had to ask multiple times for napkins that we NEVER got!!! Definitely will not be returning! ✌?

A Little off the Top
This use to be our go to restaurant but the last few times have been disappointing. Last night (3/22/24) was it for me. I drove 35 minutes for hot cheese fries and hot rolls. I just want to start off by saying our waiter was not the issue. He was prompt & courteous. To begin with when you receive a text that your table is ready, I don't expect to walk in just to placed in 3 different spots & still continue to wait. I expect to be taken to my table that I've been waiting 45 min for. We order cheese fries, over 30 minutes later we receive our meal. We asked the runner about our fries and he said" oh their coming "& I said, they are suppose to come before the meal, he replied " well we are busy". Our steaks were not marked& so we had no idea which one was whose so, we cut into them to see that they were the same. They were cold & dry, No juice or moisture at all and there was more marshmallows in my potato than there was actual potato & cold. Manager came by to see if everything was ok & I said no. I explained to her that we never got our fries & she replied " do u still want them".I thought to myself, what?. I think she was a college student. I said, can we get them to go? So she got them, & still charged us. Didn't try to make it right at all. Fries were the only reason I went. When the girls begin to dance, they turned the music up soooo loud it was ridiculous & they don't even dance to country music anymore. I noticed that the wait staff looked like they literally woke up from a nap and came to work, not " put together" at all. Hair in a pony tail or bun ( which it should be) but falling all down & messy like they don't care that they have to interact with people & their presentation is important. They need to look neat and " put together". I don't know what's happened over time, but nothing like it used to be.

We had two steak meals with fries and the other with dirty rice and fries. It was amazing and our server was absolutely amazing. I can’t remember his name but he was on point all day. I will definitely return, and compared to last experience it has improved majorly.

Worst service I have had a long time. Only saw my waitress once ask another individual to get me some ranch since they don't carry tartar sauce. Never saw that. Ended up having to wait for a manager to come up which I didn't ask for to get the ranch dressing I requested over 20 minutes ago. My entire family was done eating before I even got my ranch dressing so I ended up taking my food home. And more than likely will not be eating it..Food was nasty. Cooked macaroni with some raw cheddar and burnt bacon. No flavor... Asked for med rare ribeye. Came out rare. They didn't tell me that their house sauce for catfish have horseradish in it and then the boot have no tartar sauce.. truly worst Roadhouse experience I have ever had. I will never be returning

First off, I really love this resteraunt and eat here alot, so dont let the rating reflect this. For the rating, I always love the food but the past 3 times I have been, the food was not prepared properly and I had first time visitors with me and they were drawn back because of it ( the last time my stake was half well done, and other half was still bloody, literally.) so that guest doesnt want to come back. the last few times have been along the same line, either over or under cooked food where we arent offered for the food recooked, they just offer discount....im there for the food.The service, it is typically great but they are getting more and more busier, and the busier they get the more forgetful they can be. as per food, the last few times I was here with others, atleast 2 of us at a time would run out of drink, and cant find our server, and some people wanted more rolls and the servers kept forgetting to bring them (this one happens alot actually), and then when it comes time for the check, we end up waiting for a while before they bring the check to us. One of these times we counted, it took them over 30 minutes to get us the check after we asked for it a 2nd time. no explanation why it took so long.The atmosphere is 3 star because I am here for meetings with others and we literally cant even talk because the background music is so loud, I almost get a sore throat afterwards just trying to compete with it. the seating is good, the overall atmosphere works great, its just the loud music that is killer.So overall, 3 stars even though i loved the place and I would still reccommend others to eat here just for the food if nothing else.
