Service was not good at all drive-through line was not working no one would answer when you at the drive-through you had to go in do you had to sit and wait for your food and then turn around it was wrong very poor service

Horrific service at this place. I had never liked Wendy’s because of this and after a long time we went to eat and still the same. I ordered a simple salad but right when I opened and took the first bit I saw a hair, as I always do I went to the front cashier and try to explain what happen, and the same time try to be quiet because they were people in there, the lady yell at the back and the other lady that was in the making drinks area (skinny and talk lady) told ME that ‘how I was dare to say it was their hair when no one has hair. It’s probably mine hair because I had a pony tail on me!’ First of all how she dare to said that to a customer? Second, she was NOT in charge of my order. I had worked for customer service in the past and in my mind I could not give a bad or give attitude to a customer when I know that they always have the right even when they’re not. Please at least try to give a good answer to give other if you can’t DONT work at places like this.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had the worst experience at this Wendy’s location. Waited 20 minutes in line, then 10 minutes at the speaker just to tell them my mobile code, and once I got up there he asked me to pull up and wait… I waited another 10 minutes at LEAST. My food was cold and to top it all off my burger wasn’t even cooked, it was literally pink. I couldn’t tell if I was tripping which is why my burger looks mangled lol but awful experience.

I just left here, ordered a baconator and NO BACON!!! What, that’s the whole point of the burger. Also the woman working was rude as can be. It looked like she was working alone and I get that can be stressful but still no need to be rude.
