Avoid at all costs! Ordered online, waited 30 minutes in my car from the parking lot until I received the email that said my order was ready. I didn’t waste any time - got out of my vehicle and went in. Presented the order number & my name at the counter for the young man to tell me “not gonna lie bro, I saw your name on a ticket that was already done but can’t find your pizzas, I think we gave them away”. Got a refund and left. Do they just give you pizza away after 60 seconds?

Must have new people working on Spartanburg hwy Hendersonville NC again. Pretty soon we are going to stop going there. Thin pizza had no cheese crust oh wait it had no crust at all. The Italian cheese bread was all cheese nothing else.

They won't answer their phone and if you place an order online they won't know about it. They're under staffed and poorly managed. I placed my order on the app and showed up 20 minutes later and they didn't know I had an order until I came in looking for it.

Waited 30 minutes past the order time I had placed online for my kids dinner. Finally got our pizza home and it was so over done my toddlers didn’t even eat it. Huge waste of my money and time.
So honestly if I could give less than one Stars I would I had to wait 25 minutes to place my order an additional 20-25 minutes to get my pizza and then there was hardly any sauce on my pizza so it was mostly just cheese there is a gaping hole in the side of my pizza and I top it all off that was my child's pizza so they was very very upset I will not be going back to This Little Caesars.

I guess it's no longer Hot N Ready? My daughter and I waited about 15-20 minutes for one regular pepperoni, one cheese, and breadsticks. It wasn't too bad because we tried to make the best of it. There were some questionable characters that came in while we were there, which was a bit nerve-racking. Maybe they were drunk? Don't know... Not Little Caesars fault, just the location, I guess. (I would suggest calling ahead in order to prevent waiting at the store.) I do have to say that the employee that we interacted with was friendly. The pizza was good once we got it home, but the breadsticks could've baked a little longer. I will still give this location another shot when/if we want Little Caesars again.
